"Overall it is good The staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities so far are so good the room space is wide too.
Maybe due to the festive season . Breakfast was king queued but luckily it extended the hour for guests. But hope the breakfast option can have different daily. Location is a bit out from the town need, but they do provide shuttle service to the centre.
The hotel also provides a big slice of cake and room decoration to surprise us for the birthday celebration 🎉"

"We booked the Executive Suites with 2 bedrooms, it was an excellent choice! The check in process was fast and easy, which was a great start to our trip.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for a family stay. It had everything we needed and was well-maintained. The garden below was beautiful, it was great to just walk around.
The staff were friendly, helpful the whole time. The breakfast was so good, with plenty of options, everything was fresh and tasty.
Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again."

"I travelled with my dad for a 2 day 1 night trip to Batam. Upon arriving at the Radisson Golf and Convention Center Hotel via Grab, it took about 15 minutes from Batam Center. The reception check in was seamless, and the staff were very polite. However, the lift sensor didn't work very well when pressing the button.
The amenities were good, but it would be great to include items such as a comb or cotton buds. This wasn't my first time staying here, but I hope for some upgrades of the bathroom or better cleaning, as noticed some signs of aging.
Hotel breakfast had a wide variety of options, which was impressive. Additionally, the massage services at the hotel were excellent."

"The hotel is affordable. A taxi ride from Batam Center will soon cost 50,000 rupees. The customer service is very polite. The breakfast was ordered for a breakfast roll of 30,000 rupees and told me to eat at the coffee shop next door. Know if it's delicious. In fact, there are also eating around, you do n’t have to worry about the breakfast. The basic facilities of the room and the fan are not on. It is not very quiet. It is recommended to set a room with a window. I can only use my own traffic. Everything else is ok"

"There is no hot water in the bathroom, no shampoo, no drinking water, no daily cleaning of the room (during a 3 night stay), even though the room is quite comfortable but cleanliness is lacking because the sheets and pillowcases are not changed, and the room is not swept, a lot dust/ash... 🙏"

MMuhammad Sadiq Bin SamsudinHotel is located near Batam Centre International Ferry Terminal. Gojek trip from Mega Mall Batam Centre (opposite ferry terminal) to the hotel is about 2km and cost Rp18500 ($1.45) before discount.
Hotel is newly built thus the place is well maintained as expected. Check in supposed to be after 2pm. Went there at 1pm but room wasn’t ready. They have a musollah and kids playroom which one can use while waiting for the room to be ready.
We booked 3 rooms and had made request for rooms to be close to each other during the booking. Unfortunately, the hotel is not able to arrange the rooms accordingly since it is the peak period and the hotel is fully occupied. All 3 rooms are located at 3 different levels (10, 12 & 17). Since the floor require card access, it is almost impossible to go to each other’s room without getting someone from the room to escort. Do take this into consideration if you intend to book multiple rooms.
Additionally, we manage to get only 1 room during the official check in time i.e. 2pm. Our 3rd room was only ready at close to 5pm. The hotel is able to safekeep your luggage if you prefer to continue with your day instead of waiting for your rooms to be ready.
The rooms are spacious and you can watch a variety of channels on the TV. Some drilling works can be heard at night but fortunately it was quick. It lasted less than a minute. After all, this is a new hotel so some works can be expected.
Breakfast is beyond expectation. First time seeing instant noodle counter and live grill station for breakfast. Food is awesome especially the roasted duck and cakes. They have hot chocolate which is an added bonus. They also have different soups for your noodles. Place is big but can get busy during peak period. On Sunday morning at 0830am, queue started to build up as people are waiting for seats to be available. Luckily we had went in earlier. The staffs are proactive in finding available seats for them.
Since the breakfast is good, some people stayed longer to try out the different selections. You will need to go earlier or slightly later to avoid the crowd. Monday morning breakfast was relatively empty so no issues with the timing.
Swimming pool size is decent and big enough for kids to enjoy. Gym seems to be well equipped. Did not try out the spa so cannot comment on it.
Nearest shopping mall is One Batam Mall. You can walk on the cycling track from the mall to the hotel. It is a straight road. The only hurdle will be to cross the road as the hotel is on the opposite side of the road. The mall is fairly new so some parts of it is still under renovation.
If you want to go to other malls, can easily get a ride through Grab, Gojek or Bluebird. I find myself using Gojek more as the prices are relatively cheaper. It might not always be the case so do your own research. Prices should be around $2-$3 per trip.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

We went batam together with groups of friends, all were given complimentary snacks & drinks except our room didn’t have any. Housekeeping should take note & improve on this. Live band at the lobby if u wana chill. Overall the stay was good thou.

RRainbowsIt's a mere 10 mins car ride from harbour bay ferry terminal. We booked 2 rooms and requested for connecting room, the beds in twin room were huge cos they combined 2 super single beds. Service was pretty good 8/10 for me, though some junior staff were not so experienced or conversant in english but they tried their best. Told 1 service staff that we were short of 1 set of cutlery, he nodded and went into the kitchen, came out but resumed with his usual duties. I wasnt sure if he understood or he forgot about my request but i approached another staff who quickly attended to our request. We stayed for 2 nights and both breakfast menu were the same. There werent much choice at the breakfast table given it is a 4-star hotel. I stayed during the vesak day long holiday weekend and surprisingly it wasnt as crowded as i expected, in fact tables are readily available when i went at 9.30am. Pool is small and the kids complained of pool residue when they showered. Ordered grab food and they will call to ask if we would prefer self collection or have it delivered to the room. Water pressure was low and i took double the time to shower. If u are not fussy with the water pressure, it's quite a nice place to stay.

TThomas96My friends and I recently stayed at Nagoya Mansion Hotel and Residence, and overall, it was a satisfying experience. The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a short walking distance from Nagoya Hill Mall, making it ideal for shopping and dining.
The room facilities were average but adequate, and the cleanliness was up to standard. Although the absence of a hairdryer in the room was a minor inconvenience, the friendly and professional staff more than made up for it. They were very accommodating, even arranging for us to check in early without any additional charges, which was greatly appreciated.
Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. The hotel’s convenient location and excellent service make it highly recommendable to others. With some improvements to the facilities, it would be perfect!

However hope hotel management team can look into these.
1. Fridge which doesn’t serve purpose when a bottle water was not chill after 2 days.
2. Upgrade your window sound proofing, at night still can hear clearly how many the traffic there is.
3. breakfast quality , if no one would eat and will make food go to waste.
4. Front desk does not even know which rooms we had booked when we opt for connecting room. If such rooms are not even available in the first place, don’t even advertise such deal.

LLike to Travel to MedanJust to inform to all who wants to book this place… The standard drop… compare to last time I stay…
We book the top 2nd tier of the room and paid higher but given a sub-standard room and amenities… villa no. 90 to 99 maybe… that was what the front desk told us…
Plus side:
- Big room…
- 2 bedroom…
- private pool the size of 2 king size bed…?
- Nice breakfast…
- Nice staff and buggy drivers…
Cons :
1. The room are sandy… till our bed… no slippers provided till we requested one… at provide a pair or two to those who are sensitive to sand…
2. The toilet no comb, shaver, shower cap or cotton bud… given upon request… and the poor housekeeping will drive their buggy or car which need to wait 15 to 20 minutes…?
3. We paid high price for the room… the bottled water cheap type… not even brand of Aqua(trusted brand in Indonesia)… where 2 night before, I stay in a hotel $55/night… they provide Aqua 4 bottles for 2 pax…
4. In breakfast, the spread no Japanese… the night before I stay in the city side do provide that… and the price was just $75/night… I happen to taste a nice cake… and ask for a small take away box but was declined… but I saw some gentleman got one… no choice… maybe 2nd tier room not qualified…
5. They knew the use buggy system.. but they didn’t have sufficient buggy to go around… after breakfast long queue to wait for the next buggy…
6. Food and drinks expensive… not say we can’t afford but not worth at all…
Sorry being long winded… but just sharing to those who want to come Batam holiday… this resort not worth at all… Happy Holidays…

I paid only around 50 sgd, really affordable for a king size room with a bathtub and sofa in the room. Property itself is older and in a way less clean than Aston but the breakfast was way better.

GGuest UserWe spent 2 nights here for fishing and got a water villa to fish from the balcony. got a few tiny fish but guess the area is too rocky, the line always got stuck and broken, not so fun fishing from the villa. AC in the room didn't work properly, called maintenance a few times but it didn't resolve, plus point we got a nice sea view from the room and the staff were friendly and helpful.

As for the room, the bed and pillows are dirty with stains, wardrobe and cabinets are worn out, so they are jammed, or not in good condition.
Service wise, the staff are friendly and helpful, a little language barrier but all worked out.
Breakfast in buffet style but options are limited.
