"All in all the stay is good, except mobility. If you are a commuter there is no public transport in the area. The property should consider partnerships with taxis and other public transport for their guests who don't have vehicles. Or might as well add on's services as a hotel shuttle."

"The rooms are rather old and not well maintained, although clean enough. Dinner in the restaurant was good and the staff are professional; however, breakfast was not that enjoyable. The waiter who met us at the entrance merely asked for our room number; however, after being led to our table, the waiter was rather rude in telling us that our breakfast was not included in the hotel charges... if we had a choice, we could have just left the place! Anyway, the food was not really that good.☹️"

"Staff service is very good they communicate very well with guest. The room and toilet is clean but when you take to shower the water over flows to the toilet, making the toilet wet. Bidet handle is detached/ moving not stable, cobwebs in every corners ,the secret garden pool full of fallen leaves looking very unpleasant to swim in I get disappointed by little things i’m sorry but little things matters. I hope they will improve their service next time we vist"

"we asked the front Desk staff to make a new entry on the SALACIA HOTEL on line page, to avoid the Taxi, leading to the address, keep 40 min to an hour , finding his way,, because the access is only possible by car, on the other side of MOUNTAIN. Sampaguita : IMPORTANT NOTE : To reach SALACIA HOTEL, the Taxi has to follow SAMPAGUITA instead of the shown address of LOCLOC then , you walk with your luggage, 150 m, to the SALACIA beach front Hotel... I have spent an extra 1000 Peso PH, because of wrong routing.... Thank you to report to MA GROUP and to Managers"

"The beach has black, fine sand. There is a small pool that can accommodate kids. The transient houses and kubo are all well-maintained. The staff are good. But I think it can not hold big events since the space is limited. There are a lot of things that can be improved in the future. The road towards it needs to be supported and funded by the LGU since it collects 35 pesos entrance fee for each of the tourists."

"The place is very calm and peaceful, as well as beautiful beachfront. But you should bring your own food because they don’t have restaurant. The location has nearby sari - sari stores only and a store that serves lomi and pansit. The numbers provided in the app doesn’t answer calls so if your going there you should search first the way to solacia as they do not have own parking and there’s no way for the car directly to the beach, you need to walk for not more than 5mins. The staffs are friendly and will help you find food, they can cook for you if you have uncooked meals. All in all, I love the experience since I love quiet places."

"On brochure, the resort and location looks stunning. What it doesn’t tell you, the place is very very run down. The buildings are in need of major maintenance. There is no ambience to the resort. The “Director of First Impressions” at the front door, is a security guard checking your belongings to see if you’re bringing in food or drink to the venue. Not nice. There are vano Grab Taxi or Uber services the property, you get on a tricycle to get into town which is about 5kms away. The restaurant in hotel serves the same food for lunch and dinner. There is no milk onsite, only powdered stuff. If you ala carte dining, the staff will point you to a few food trucks located outside of the resort building, the best was the Japanese one. It could be something grand, but it’s not. Additionally, there are no fire detectors active. Our room, the lobby, the dining rooms all had sensors covered. Be careful. The room safe wasn’t even bolted down, pick it up and take it home with you. Our shower blocked up every time, more like a stagnant pool. Charges apply to everything. Lose a beach towel or plastic key for the room, you pay. Summary, we cut our trip short, unfortunately we prepaid our stay so we lost money. Save yourself the rotten experience, only come when it’s restored to its grand old glory. Probably in a few years time."
