We were aware of the construction work preventing the use of the lift and the car park, but neither affected our 2 night stay. As we pulled up outside, a member of staff came straight over and took the cases from my wife. He double-checked I knew where the local car park was before heading inside. The luggage was taken to our room, no questions asked, which was great as I had to go and park the car. All the staff in the hotel, the bar and the restaurant were all very friendly and helpful. Despite being an excellent location in the city centre, we didn't hear any noise in or outside the hotel overnight. In all honesty, really struggling to thing of any issues during our stay, and there wasn't really anything. Only bit of advice, as the eggs are cooked to order, place the egg order and wait for them to arrive before getting the rest of your breakfast, as it can be a good few minutes. ＜-- Real 1st world problem right there! :-) Would definitely stay there again if in Bath.

From the attentive service to the little touches that elevate a stay from good to exceptional, The Francis Hotel delivers a true five star experience in the heart of Bath. Highly recommend to anyone visiting this beautiful city. You won’t want to stay anywhere else.
