We had a lovely and well equipped room on the top floor overlooking the city. The room was large and easily fitted in an extra bed for our 9 year old. You could open the sash window wide so wouldn't have been suited to younger children as could be dangerous. Although the service was great, the breakfast was rather average and disappointing for what we would expect from this type of hotel. We had an included rate but if you wanted something like eggs Benedict or avocado on toast rather than the full English you had to pay a £6 supplement. The most disappointing part of this hotel was the spa. It was quite small and very tired looking with lots of missing and chipped tiles. Overall for the money, it wasn't worth the price as it needs a bit of an update.

I stayed at the Apex City of Bath Hotel with three other people in a room with two queen beds. The room was big, comfortable, and had a window, which was nice. The hotel is a little far from the train station, about a 10-minute walk, but it’s an easy walk to the city center, which takes around 5-7 minutes. The price was good, especially since I got a discount on Trip.com after booking train tickets.
Compared to the Apex City of London, this hotel felt a bit less fancy. The London hotel had more special things for birthdays, like free extras. We didn’t try the hotel’s breakfast, but there are many good places for breakfast nearby.
Overall, the stay was nice. If you don’t mind walking a bit, it’s a good choice. Next time, I might stay in a hotel more in the center of town.
No15 Bath commands a superb location in the heart of Roman Bath - Great Pulteney Street is a classic example of Georgian splendour with its grand architecture - its highly sought after properties have housed the likes of the great novelist Jane Austin and the anti-slavery campaigner William Willberforce - No15 Bath is a Grade 1 listed building and is a true boutique hotel offering all the refineries you would expect in a splendid Georgian Townhouse

Sumptuous would be the word to describe this hotel. From the lobby to the room to the free snacks pantry, everything is sumptuous. The room we booked is absolutely huge with high ceilings and large windows. The bed and bedding is super super comfortable and we slept really well. The bathroom is nice with a big tub. Location is also excellent, minutes from downtown, the bridge and Roman baths. Looking forward to staying here again.

Small luxury hotel I feel relieved to see that it is SLH, but it is unusually understaffed. From check-in to dining in the restaurant, you have to wait, wait, wait. If you don’t understand English, please don’t come. Most of the employees look like college students who work part-time and cannot solve the problem alone. question.
The restaurant and bar are good, the room is very big, you need to take the stairs to the first floor, and the bathroom is half a floor up. The swimming pool is small and there are many people. There is a sauna, but it was useless because the temperature was 30 degrees on the day of arrival.
Charging the tram is also very funny. It took a long time to fully charge it.

The suite we booked was upgraded to a family suite. It's a very British country hotel. I didn't expect its restaurant to be awarded three stars by Rossete. No wonder the breakfast is better than the Savoy Hotel in London. We had dinner once and it was surprisingly good, and the bread was unique. The hotel's garden is also a natural English-style garden, with a little messy feel that took a lot of effort to create. In addition, the cookies delivered every day are so delicious that they become my thoughts every day.

Situated in Bath's Royal Crescent, this magnificent hotel offers a fully equipped gym and a stunning spa, leading out onto a picturesque landscaped garden. It also offers an award-winning restaurant and a cocktail bar. The Bath House spa offers a relaxation pool, an additional relaxation pool with massage jets, a sauna with salt therapy treatments, and a steam room. Each bedroom at The Royal Crescent has an 18th-century-style décor and luxury bedding. There is free WiFi and paintings from period artists such as Gainsborough. Along with the Montagu's Mews restaurant, The Montagu's Mews Bar serves all-day dining options, cocktails, and champagne. The beautiful gardens are ideal for a traditional afternoon tea. The Bath House Spa is within an original coach house and stables. First occupied in 1775, the buildings are a 15-minute walk from the city-centre, Pump Room Baths, and the Theatre Royal. Bath Spa Rail Station is just 1.6 km away. We strongly recommend booking any dining in advance to avoid disappointment. Spa treatment also need to be booked in advance.

Its meant to be a luxury-ish short weekend getaways before my job starts as my partner can't take a long leave.
The delux double room is a huge disappointmemt.Understably, it is a very premium location and other guest probably pay a lot more. However, I wouldn't think of paying over £300 to get a room feeling like a old day servant's room. Being placed at the roof extension room with the view mostly blocked, the floor makes the typical old wooden cracking noise as we walk. The curtain, carpet and bathroom are not in the best condition. The glass on top of the table and desk are not well fitted.
Another thing is that, without any previous notice, the spa closed foe maintenance the morning we leave. The fake plants make it look less luxury than its branded.
The plus side, it is kind of inclusive which the spa pool, gym and breakfast are included. The breakfast is quite nice if you like English breakfast or they have some basic buffet.

Had high expectations of my stay and it was completely fulfilled and I was impressed.
Overall welcome and ambience was just right being professional and sincere.
Our bed room, junior suite after upgrading with extra fee, was reasonably sized although the bathroom with the layout of the door made it difficult and slightly dangerous to enter / close behind guest.
The spa village was busy but understandable; it felt clean and very updated overall so there was less of a concern on hygiene which is understood can be difficult to maintain standards.
The breakfast room, choices and service was fine as expected so it’s worth signing up for. Although by day 2, it was hard fo imagine having another breakfast so possibly having breakfast for one day as an option would be good.
Would have liked to have body lotion in bathroom as I had to rely on the one available in the spa village… and with 2 nights stay, toiletries were not replenished …
Always a nice welcome when soft drinks / mini bar is complimentary ; although it doesn’t cost a lot to fill a fridge but small gestures like these make guests feel more welcomed
Thanks for a great stay; would like to take my 80 year old mum here sometime in future as she would enjoy it tremendously !!
