Air conditioner can be more better!

Good location and good value for money. Very near food courts and restaurants. Shower Faucet not working very well but overall no issues.

I had a pleasant stay at Pacific Place Hotel. The location is excellent, the lobby is spacious and impressive, and the amenities—including the swimming pool and spa—were great. However, there were a couple of drawbacks.   The breakfast selection was disappointing and could be improved. The bigger issue was the check-in policy: if you arrive early (before 3 PM), they cannot accommodate you unless you pay extra for early check-in. Otherwise, you’ll have to wait in the lobby until your room is ready.   Overall, it’s a good hotel, but these issues could be addressed for a better guest experience.

The hotel was huge. The room has enough soace for our bags and to pray. We got a view of the pool which would be great if its not directly facing the opposite rooms. So we had to close our curtains most of the time. They provided iron and ironing table upon request. The staffs were friendly. I was informed that the hotel is more of a adult hotel and not actually great for family with kids. I dont hv kids but that makes me uncomfortable. Beds were comfy, aircond freezing, water pressure great!

Nice and clean hotel.

Good location less than 5 min from Harbour Bay ferry terminal. Very cheap fares from Grab all less than IDR20,000 to all 3 majar shopping malls, the Grand Batam Mall, Batam City Square and Nagoya Hill mall. It's value for money when stay in during off season, I pay Rp500k for a large 48m2 deluxe double room with good breakfast. There is a Pacific food court with live music beside. 👍👍👍
