Booked Delux Double room, but provided us with Twin room (2 single bed). The reason from the reception is because Double room was not available. But how I can get booking for Delux Double??
Very old hotel, price is not worth for this kind of hotel.
Location still great, just beside the shopping mall and seaside.

This hotel is outdated, need to refurbish. The pool however is great for kids, have playground and access to the beach(cannot swimming). They serve nasi dagang in their buffet breakfast but the coffee machine is not functioning well. Hotel need to consider to repair it. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Recommended..
Even though hotel is quite old.. but the hotel service is maintain 4 stars..
Room is comfortable. I’m very lucky because my room is faces to the sea view on 8th floor.
Food on breakfast need to more efficient, i came down on 8pm++.. certain food not topup and the people is increase to join the meals but the food is no enough.
I can rate 4 stars for overall.
Can repeat in the future.

Nice and big room, but old. Bed is terrible where u can felt the spring. Booked and paid for double bed, instead given twin bed. So basically pay extra did not guaranteed.
Food stall for dinner next to the beach is great, breakfast too. Location is perfect for beach lover.

Rundown Hotel with very bad service. Broken cupboard, broken fridge, broken bidet etc.. Restaurant service are so bad! Spoiled my mood 1st thing in the morning! Went there to have my complimentary breakfast. The staffs were unfriendly and never smile at all! Their attitude only change if any Datos or Datins enter. No eggs on 2nd day brekfast buffet. What kind of breakfast buffet if you dont serve eggs?! Room are not soundproof, can hear footsteps everywhere when trying to sleep. Shower so small, can barely fit me, my shoulder keep hitting the partition while trying to scrub my body.
