I was very surprise that when I get into my room it was updraded to seaview with balcony. This was my 2nd time booking here 1st time I had been here I sign up for membership. Not sure if the upgrade is because of my membership and it was my birthday on that day. Anyhow I am so glad I enjoyed my stay with them. Food were alll good. There are wide selection of breakfast and dinner.

The hotel feels a little dated and the service was just average — nothing too impressive. But the silver lining? The Adventure Land! Great spot for the kids to burn off energy and have a blast.

The hotel room was nice, comfortable, and well-equipped. Everything was in order, and we had a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend it for families. it's a great place if you're bringing kids!

Great place for kids. Nice swimming pool. Unfortunately beach has a lot of “cloth” for shoreline erosion control. Breakfast has a lot of variety but not tasty.

The only disappointment is on advanture zone, supposedly there is a discounted price for us who stayed in the hotel but the purchasing of the ticket (at counter) is not friendly. The counter open at 1030 am while advanture zone open at 10am-1pm for first session. We ended up to give up the discounted entry fees because the kids couldn’t wait for it

I love everything about this hotel, We stayed during hari raya week, overall it was a very great vacation with my kids, they really enjoyed the slide and mini waterpark, personally for me i enjoyed the panoramic view around the hotel , every place is instagrammable, the pool was so big and clean, divided to kids pool and adult pool, alot of small hut and beach chair around the hotel , ample of car parking , i will come back again soon.
Suggestion for improvements:
1. Never say to guest anything about “makanan dah habis” when we paid for buffet. Buffet means the foods must always there.
2. Breakfast at the beach bar. We were asked to go there as the main restaurant was full and we were told that the food is similar to the main restaurant and it was actually not. It seems the main restaurant has more variety of foods.
