Paradisus Grand Cana

I would rate this resort a -50 out of 5 if it were possible. I tried to be reasonable but the concierge decided to protect his crappy company instead of making the worst meal in my life right. He said they offered me a better cut of meat including a tomahawk steak. This is a lie

Great Resort! Alula is the best restaurant. On the beach, not crowded, GREAT food and view. Andreina and Altagracia are so sweet and attentive. We were here 5 days and ate at Alula 5 times!! For water activities, find Fernando on the beach (#20) parasailing was fun, the snorkeling excursion was off the hook fun!! Can’t recommend highly enough!

It's our first time going for an all inclusive and we had a wonderful time. We were travelling with our 5 and 8 year old kids. From the time we got there our concierge Julianna took care of everything from check in, to restaurant reservations, spa bookings, shuttle service and check out. She was very friendly and went out of her way to help us out. The rooms were very clean and looked like it was recently renovated. The pools, water park and beaches were all great. They also have a very good spa. The only thing that wasn't a 10/10 was the food. The first two days we were there, the main buffet restaurant was booked out for a private event, and the makeshift buffet at the pool side restaurant wasn't the best. Once we got access to the main restaurant on the third day is when we realized what we missed out on. The buffet there was really good. The steakhouse was average, the Teppanyaki restaurant was better, the sports bar was good, the beach side restaurant wasn't bad, but not too many options. The main buffet was the best option. It's just the pool side restaurant that I would not recommend. Overall was a great experience, very friendly staff. There were enough activities to keep us occupied during our time there - water aerobics classes, knitting, night circus, kids movie night. Also would recommend the professional photographer there, we got some great family photographs done at the beach and the garden - at an additional cost. We didn't even bother with any excursions since we had such a great time between the beach, pool and water park. We would love to visit again.

Beautiful resort! Excellent service! Staff is very kind! We loved Marilin and Ivelisse! Pedicure with Melissa was perfect! Beach was gorgeous! Garry 114 is the best and helped us all throughout the week with excursions on the beach!! Thank you Paradisus Grand Cana for an amazing week!

My very first all inclusive and I was told my experienced all inclusive travelers that mine wasn’t normal. Very disappointing!

The hotel is great for families with kids. Omar our family. Omar our family concierge booked all the restaurants for us, and really accommodated our needs. The restaurant food was delicious especially in Amore the Mar, and Machu. Barnesta Wanda Yesenia makes delicious coffee. The only one thing negative this is that when you go to the pool in the afternoon, you will see not cleaned tables (with used cups after drinks etc) by the pool, and towels after morning guests, or not enough towels in the afternoon. Book the cabana early morning then your experience is going to be way better. Every night they have shows for families, 4th of July celebration, acrobats show, dancing and much more. Rooms are super clean, very nice hotel to stay.
