Minha experiência no Grand Bávaro Princess em Punta Cana foi maravilhosa! Passei 5 dias muito bem aproveitados, com uma estrutura impecável e atendimento atencioso. Os funcionários sempre prestativos, simpáticos e prontos para ajudar em qualquer detalhe. O quarto era confortável, bem limpo e com uma vista incrível, o que tornou a estadia ainda mais especial. A área da piscina e da praia é simplesmente deslumbrante – água cristalina, areia branca e um ambiente perfeito para relaxar. A gastronomia também merece destaque: variedade de restaurantes, pratos saborosos e bem preparados, com opções que agradam a todos os gostos. Foram dias de descanso, diversão e boas memórias. Sem dúvidas, recomendo o Grand Bávaro Princess para quem deseja viver a verdadeira experiência caribenha.

J’ai beaucoup aimé cet hôtel ! Le personnel est très agréable à l’écoute on se sent chouchouté . Seul bémol l’insonorisation le soir comme la journée on entend tout les claquettes qui tapent les escaliers les personnes qui rentrent tard de soirée … Sinon très belle animation

My first order with room service ended in a shocking experience — the delivery staff stole money from me. I immediately informed guest services, who said they would contact security, but no one ever followed up with me about this terrible situation. Housekeeping was wonderful, but the rest of the staff left much to be desired. The beach experience was equally disappointing. You can’t enjoy the shoreline without being harassed by vendors trying to sell you everything imaginable. Walking on the sidewalk is nearly impossible due to the number of trucks, golf carts, and scooters used by workers. On top of that, the seaweed problem is out of control — piles and piles of it make the beach completely unenjoyable. Overall, I will never stay at this resort again.

PIRE EXPÉRIENCE DE MA VIE !! Je souhaite exprimer ma profonde insatisfaction concernant mon séjour au Grand Bavaro Princess, qui a malheureusement gâché la fin de mes vacances. Dès mon arrivée, l’accueil a été froid et peu professionnel. La chambre, disponible en retard, était infestée de moustiques. Il a fallu près de deux heures pour en obtenir une nouvelle. Ensuite, l’équipement de la climatisation s’est décroché, suivi d’une importante fuite d’eau dans les toilettes. Le lendemain, aucun accès aux serviettes piscine (carte non remise à l’arrivée, et si perdu elle coûte 25 dollars), impossibilité de réserver les restaurants car je n’existais pas dans le système. À chaque étape, j’ai dû me débrouiller seul. Je séjourne régulièrement dans des hôtels 5 étoiles, mais celui-ci m’a clairement déçu. À ce niveau de prix, j’attendais un service professionnel, attentif et réactif.

Overall, very friendly and professional personnel mostly everywhere, but at the gym, where the crew count care less about the facility. Dirty and faulty equipment everywhere and the crew just talking Creole among themselves while checking their cell phones... Beautiful and huge complex with very well-kept buildings and landscapes; however, there are not enough trains during rush hours, which delay dinner reservations and excursions for guests. Thus, prepare for delays....
