Lexis Suites Penang

We checked in at around 4pm. We noticed the safe isn't working but we locked our valuables in our cargo bag and went out till 9pm. We were told that there isn't any safe box available. So we changed our room. Then the lights in the pool is faulty and the tv speaker is not working. Then we changed our room. The room we were occupying, water mysteriously appeared right in front of the entrance of the shower area. We almost slipped a few times. Water also mysteriously appeared underneath the toilet bowl. Which we almost slipped as well. The room is very dusty. TV remote control and walls are covered with dust. There is no place for us to hang our hand towel near the sink and there is only one towel rail in the bathroom. When we shower, the towel when get wet cause it's very near the shower. And the water pressure is hopeless. It takes forever to shower. Called for room service on the 1st nite. Waited for half an hour, order still pending. So we decided to call the duty manager. 2nd nite, same thing happened. Order pending. Have to call the duty manager again. We wanted to order red wine which is in the in room dining menu, but was told unavailable. The stay was very disappointing. My do not disturb is on and yet reception called to asked if we need anything. That woke me from my afternoon nap. The quilt is way too warm and I have to get up to open and cover my quilt every now and then. I practically didn't sleep at all throughout the stay. The location is not near anywhere at all.
