The best hotel in penang, great view, very clean, the service also good, but one of the staff is not good when i ask questions i think that is foreigners staff but the malay night staff is very friendly

The residence wing is not as nice as the main hotel wing, but decent for an overnight stay. Chose this because it was relatively near Queensbay Mall.

Love the cleanliness but unfortunately the amenities are quite basic, nowadays hotel does not provide any more lotion.
The bed is comfortable, decent room side, other than that, nothing to shout about
