"We booked a stay here for one night to take in a show at the Oran Mor in the west end of Glasgow. The hotel has an overall lived in appearance and could do with a spruce up. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was very small but clean. The bed was very uncomfortable. The electronic lock on the door wouldn’t work properly and needed several attempts to allow it to open. The room was quite warm so we slept with the window open, that was until we were woken by the horrific smell of someone smoking ***** either from an adjacent room or outside accompanied by the shouting and screaming of drunks until the early hours. A very uncomfortable stay all in all."

"I like the service very much in a purely British hotel. I have to check out at 11 o'clock because the flight is still early. I negotiated with the hotel for a late checkout. The hotel originally said that it would charge 15 pounds for every hour of delay. Later, the hotel paid the delay fee. It’s worth recommending if you don’t need it."

"Brought my parents back to Gera to attend the graduation ceremony and stayed in this hotel for three nights.
1. The hotel breakfast is very rich and varied
2. The front desk staff are warm and attentive
3. The hotel environment is very warm and comfortable
