Waterfront and Trail-backing retreat in the heart of the city!

This is a lovely waterfront (marsh) home with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an office. There is a large multi-level deck, where you can enjoy the beautiful marsh and trail views. Water is present during high tide, at which time you may even go fishing. There is a formal living room and one family room (both have leather sofas). Each of these rooms as well as each bedroom has a TV for your enjoyment! Two rooms are quite sizable and have king-sized beds. The third room has a queen bed. Kitchen is large, spacious and functional. We believe we have everything you need to make a great meal for you and your guests. Furniture is all new!
