Great stop on the way from Belgium to Montpellier. Brand new hotel, spacious and very comfortable rooms. The tram is welcoming and helpful for any needs or questions you might have. Diner at the restaurant was very nice, one of the best roast we had in years. If you have time do not miss the spa. Looking forward to going back on the way back up north

I saw the great reviews here and the facility looked nice so I booked this hotel. I just got back from my stay and I am 100% sure that these reviews are fake so I want to warn others. We got to the hotel earlier than check in and our room wasn't ready which is absolutely no problem. We had planned to drop off our stuff and have lunch anyways. We get back at check in time and our room still isn't ready. They have had 3 hours notice at this point that we would be back at 3 after lunch. Then we head to the pool to wait for the room to be ready but I ask them to please let me know as soon as it is ready, as we have somewhere to be. An hour goes by and still nothing. At that point, I go back to check on things. Our room was ready, no one called us, or told us anything at all which was very frustrating. We probably would have been out there all day if I hadn't gone back to check. At this point we had to cancel our other plans because we didn't have enough time to shower and get there with the hour delay so we decide to nap. As soon as we start to nap there is an insanely loud alarm going off. This goes on for 20 minutes and the whole hotel has to evacuate. It ends up being a false alarm. I totally understand that things malfunction sometimes but the bigger issue was the staff. First off, at no point does anyone go around telling people that everything is fine, not to worry, or apologize for the inconvenience. The alarm just suddenly stops at some point. I expressed my frustration to reception between the check in process and the alarm going off but they literally did not care at all and barely gave me a sorry. At this point a normal hotel would have made some sort of commercial gesture - free breakfast, or at least try to pretend that they care at all, anything really. What's worse, I got the sense from their reactions that this alarm thing might be a regular occurrence as one of the staff muttered something that I should be grateful it wasn't at night. The next day we are going to see some wineries. We are leaving the hotel at 10:30 AM and the cleaning ladies are cleaning the room next door to us. We politely say hello and that we are leaving, we would like our room cleaned and that we would be back in the afternoon. We come back at 3:45 PM and the lady is in our room and just starting to clean it. I have no clue what she did from 10:30 AM - 3:45 PM as we were her next room to clean but I suspect she just did nothing. We are tired and just want to get in the room so we tell her it is no problem, she doesn't need to finish. We ask her to just refill the nespresso pods so that we can have coffee for the next morning. She says sure, leaves to go get them and never comes back. Another cleaning lady walks past the room and I ask her as well if we can get a refill. She says sure and that she would go grab some. Of course, she never comes back. Finally, I call the front desk. I express my disappointment again with the level of service and ask for coffee p

Brand new hotel, very nice. Spacious room, impeccable bedding, attentive staff. Couldn't try the restaurant because it was closed, nor the swimming pool which is outside and closed in December. Impeccable breakfast. Nice spa but a little small (hammam and sensory shower only, a jacuzzi would be appreciated).

We came for an aperitif on Tuesday, November 5, early in the evening. There were 3 of us. We asked if the aperitif could be accompanied by gougères, we were told no, but that a menu could be presented to us.... I don't remember the name of what was chosen... a ball made from rice and cheese presented on a bed of salad..... very bland, no seasoning, no sauce, even on the salad... On our request for seasoning, we were brought pickles.... The other dish was better.... 80 euros all the same for 3 for aperitifs and their accompaniment!!!!

The welcome is exceptional, the hotel is a peaceful place near a river. It has a gym, a hammam, an outdoor swimming pool, the possibility of having massages. The rooms are modern, spacious, separate toilet. Breakfast is a little expensive €20 but very generous, the waiter is very attentive.

Great discovery for a business seminar, the hotel is new and very pleasant, spacious room with balcony and very comfortable bedding. Great welcome and staff, seminar side the rooms are bright and well equipped. Only small downside: the coffee pod machine a little capricious at breakfast

Very pleasant hotel very close to the historic center of Beaune. Special mention goes to the receptionist Pauline who welcomed us with great attention and care. The rooms are extremely comfortable. The restaurant is divine, the wines are selected, everything is very good. The hotel has bikes for rent and it is a pleasant walk.

The positive point is the smile of the staff, very friendly and the pleasant decoration of the hall. The negatives: - immediate environment not very welcoming (commercial area) and noisy (near a nightclub - sleeping with the window closed is mandatory to avoid noise pollution). - despite a warm decoration, the raw concrete appearance and the poorly finished finishes give the impression of still being a construction site - no towel dryers in the rooms: as a result the towels remain damp and must be replaced every day - cleaning of the hall every morning at the time of the breakfast boom around 9am forcing guests and staff to juggle between the vacuum cleaners and the flow of people going to breakfast. It is very strange and not exceptional. We stayed several days and this was the case every morning. This is a nuisance for the staff in their work and is unpleasant for the guests (who wants to hear the sound of a vacuum cleaner when they wake up?) - major downside to breakfast: the buffet is in a very restricted space, as soon as there are more than three people it is no longer possible to move around and help yourself, only one coffee machine whose capsules frequently get blocked forcing the staff to make coffee in the kitchen (it is also poorly located in the middle of the buffet area), 3 people dedicated to breakfast but not very organized among themselves (everyone does everything to clear the tables, fill the buffet, welcome arrivals and make hot drinks on request). The hotel is very well located, the rooms are bright, spacious and light. Very nice products in the bathrooms (and eco-friendly!) - delicious breakfast! Unfortunately I was not able to enjoy the spa or the swimming pool ... but I will come back for longer next time.
