No problem with check in, fast and efficient. Unit had some upgrades. Used the deck in the evening. We used this resort to visit the area. Spent two days in quebec city and 1/2 day at Montgomery falls and the other half on Ise D'Orleans. The other direction had the Mt St Ann Canyon and Baie St Paul where we visited each. My main complaint is the $24.95 fee per day that was charged. We checked out a couple days early and were still charged when not even there. We did not use the hot tub or a pool at another location and do not feel that we should have to pay for this. I pay for all the services at my home resort and really surprised that they would charge this. I know this was listed at RCI as an expense but this would stop me from coming again

We went to this location based on a video that praised the service and facility. I don't know when that went but ... not true. 1- Beaupre is a short driving distance to Ile Orleans and Quebec City - but very limited in restaurants . There are two supermarkets - a Super C and a very expanded IGA. 2- We arrived late on Sunday night - its a good thing I called ahead of time because no one was there to welcome us and I was given the code to a lock box after paying the resort fee over the phone. 3- We were on a third floor walk up - all outside. not exactly the best option for seniors. And - no help carrying luggage. 4- we were charged a daily resort fee - though very little was provided. Wi- fi was included in the resort fee (I don't remember the last time I had to pay for WIfi) There was a sauna inside and an option to go to a spa a mile away - but no room service - limited number of towels (they would not provide extra towels when asked) and the tv in the bedroom was not connected to any service. I guess the resort fee would feel more justified if it was summer and the swimming area was open. 4- the suite /condo was far from clean - and the furniture was in very old and in poor shape - there was a recliner in the living room but no cord to plug it in . 5- Kitchen was adequate for two people - we were provided with a half full of napkins and the basic plates, glasses, etc. No paper towels and the oven and toasters were too dirty to use. 6- The tv service was very limited 7- Our building had individual washing machines which was a surprise - and no laundry detergent was provided I have never written a review for anywhere - but buyer beware -

Very nice accommodations. It has everything you need. The setting is lovely with multiple attractions through out the area.

The good. Units are being renovated which was needed. Not all beds seem to have been upgraded though. Had to switch units, first one had a crappy bed. 2nd one had a much more comfortable one. Had to switch because 3rd floor unit, you have to go up 2 steep flights on very flimsy and wobbly stairs. Very dangerous! They also need staff there on the check in days to deal with issues. Having to wait until Monday is pretty unacceptable.

Very disappointed with this resort. Units not equipped with basic items, and what was available was extremely cheap, dirty and rusted. Fire detector was not installed, wires were hanging off the ceiling. Unit was not very clean. Staff not experienced in hospitality. I asked for clean towels and was told i only get 1 towel per guest for the week and if i wanted clean towels i would have to wash them myself. TV service stopped working after 1st day. Half of the arcade games was out of service. I was forced to pay cleaning fees and amenities fees for no amenities except an outdoor pool. I would not recommend this place.

Une expérience décevante à notre unité de condo de vacances à Mont Sainte-Anne Nous avons été profondément déçus par l'état général de l'unité de condo où nous avons séjourné. Dès notre arrivée, il était évident que le ménage laissait grandement à désirer. La vaisselle, supposée propre, était sale, et des résidus de nourriture étaient encore visibles — ce qui est tout simplement inacceptable. Les oreillers présentaient des taches jaunâtres et ce qui apparaît comme des taches de sang sous leurs housses, ce qui était déconcertant. Par ailleurs, il n'y avait pas de moppe à disposition pour nettoyer, et le manque de tapis dans la salle de bain rendait cette dernière dangereusement glissante. De surcroît, les trottoirs et sentiers n'étaient pas salés, ajoutant un risque supplémentaire, surtout en hiver. Enfin, certains électroménagers étaient défectueux, et malgré nos signalements, la gestion semblait plus préoccupée à défendre leur état de fonctionnement qu'à réellement s'occuper de résoudre les problèmes. Cela a considérablement limité notre confort et notre capacité à profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Nous espérons sincèrement que la gestion de cette unité prendra des mesures correctives immédiates pour éviter que d'autres invités aient à vivre une expérience similaire.
