Juste mais pas bon. La chambre montrait des signes de vieillissement et avait besoin d'être rénovée. La douche était défectueuse, le pommeau de douche ne restait pas en place, le bouchon du lavabo fuyait, il ne retenait pas l'eau. Le couvercle de la bouilloire était cassé. Le prix de la chambre était très élevé, nous venions de rentrer du Royaume-Uni et nous avons séjourné au Premier Inn, la chambre était deux fois plus grande et le lit était beaucoup plus confortable et à presque la moitié du prix de Kyiad.

We had properly booked accommodation at this hotel through *********** and arrived late at night. The receptionist was exceptionally rude and uncooperative. He demanded payment again, even though I showed him proof that the agreed amount had already been deducted from my account. He was pushy and persistently shoved the payment device towards my phone, insisting on charging the accommodation again. I asked him to clarify the situation and find a solution, but he refused to listen. After this distressing ordeal, he threw us out of the hotel. We were left in the middle of the night on the street with four young children and a baby. Of course, the hotel has kept the charged amount, and I am still disputing to have the disputed amount refunded. Unbelievable disgrace and rudeness. Never again!!
