Excellent price and location. Clean bed linen. Basic hotel for 1-2 nights. We were lucky having quiet neighbors, so we slept very well. I didn’t expect from Beauvais anything but I sooo liked this city.

It was a great location and a good overall stay. The only downside was the shower head, which was detached and broken so it was a handheld shower head instead. Other than that really enjoyed our time in Beauvais!

We asked to use the toilets for three residents. The reception was deplorable. If we did not consume, our residents could not go to the toilet. We were told to pay if we wanted to use the toilets. In addition, there was a lot of mockery saying that the amount to pay depended on the quantity of urine they were going to do. I find this unacceptable and a huge lack of humanity. Where is the respect for our elders?

The unfriendly manager who yells at the staff and uses offensive language in front of the customers is unprofessional and doesn't make you want to go back. It's a shame because, not being from the area, I found the location ideal and the waiters welcoming.

The hotel is in a good location. The room, on the second floor without a lift, is accessible from a very narrow entrance cluttered with luggage trolleys. The room was old, badly maintained with some parts of plaster swollen by humidity but above all DIRTY. Hair and threads were evident on the bathroom floor and in the shower there was the soap used by the previous guest. Disgusting.

A prime location, but unfortunately very noisy, especially the rooms facing Place Jeanne Hachette. The staff is courteous, nothing more...it would be wise to renovate the bathroom...(no soap dispenser...only a stainless steel basket hanging from the shower head...). The 2 🌟 are not justified.
