設施：相對時間比較久，裝修細節上的維護還是能看出來有些舊，但勝在乾淨；
酒店露天泳池、室內泳池、小童樂園區、健身房等設施均有；
對於帶孩子出行的，開元的配套要比萬豪強很多，泳圈免費、提供免費的蚊子叮、酒精棉、眼鏡棉片、創可貼等細節做的很充分；
衞生：客房、公共區域的打掃、浴巾更換很及時，整體很乾凈
環境：大堂很好看，裝修中式現代風，非常時候拍照，很出片；
酒店比起三亞的酒店不大，但五臟俱全，有婚禮草坪區、從酒店後門可以步行最短距離到達海邊，海邊踩完沙子後門還有沖腳區；
服務：管家式服務，從進門會有管家迎接（不過我們到的時候管家還沒來，我們等了很久，其實我們就在一進門的正對着的大堂，管家覺得那不是大堂，也説不明白我們在的大堂叫啥，就一味堅持在前台辦理入住的地方等我們，始終沒有到進門處的大堂找我們，這點我覺得需要管家調整，和電話裏跟我説的進門有管家服務不太一樣，讓我們等了很久，最後還是我先找到的管家），辦理入住時管家雖然領着，但全程也沒有便捷辦理，也還是和普通入住一樣，截止目前感覺管家作用並不大。
從辦完入住後，管家的作用才發揮，她會帶着進入房間，介紹整個酒店設施、入住後的注意事項、用餐地點與時間，還有海邊玩耍的注意事項、北海旅遊景點等，並對我們提出需要增加孩子的洗漱用品等迴應速度還是很快的，還是給管家劉芳點個贊。
大堂吧自助下午茶:每天下午都會有，無需預約，隨時去隨時有
旅拍服務體驗1次:拍的還是不錯的，雖然免費送兩張，但奈何拍的實在太好，大筆一揮698元買了13張精修，底片全送。
早餐：早餐還是豐富的，中西餐結合，同時還有北海特色美食：蝦餅、水籺、卷粉，主打的煮粉兒很好吃，小料、澆頭隨便加

開元的品質一向都是很好的。先是門口的“老師”，無論是我們打車回來主動幫我們開關車門，還是和我老公租電動車出門。提醒我們慢點注意安全，每次都十分的熱情。還有哦，客房清潔的“老師”，每次碰面也是會問有沒有需要補充的物品，尤其是帶着孩子有需要就和她説。從基層員工的狀態，變相就可以看到品牌的服務質量。下次什麼時候再來不知道，但是肯定會安利給周圍的夥伴們～

帶小朋友來的，本來糾結是住民宿還是酒店，看了某書果斷訂了開元，從下車起就服務到位，每個服務員見面都説你好，酒店有自己的游泳池，根本不用出門，門口走一點點就是銀灘，小朋友玩的不亦樂乎，每天不想出門，房間也很好很新，因為我去的時候是淡季還幫我升級了豪華高級海景房，兩張床拼在一起帶小朋友真的是睡的很舒服！

這家酒店算是北海好的五星酒店了。酒店設施齊全，裝修也比較新，因為面朝銀灘所以位置不錯。酒店應該衹有2樓的房型看不到海。個人感覺酒店服務的培訓不到位，進了酒店後就感覺沒什麼服務，前台服務全程無笑臉，門口也幾乎沒有幫忙拿行李的。酒店早餐在五星酒店裡算比較差的。

真心不錯，適合躺平式遛娃。孩子一會兒沖浪一會兒游泳不亦説乎。適合親子。自助早餐也不錯，很多廣西特色小吃。海鴨蛋卷粉蘿蔔糕都提供，一鏟子海鮮也很好吃fen量足。

暑假期間人是真多，酒店員工人手足夠，人多而不亂。離銀灘很近，周邊吃喝方便。遇到好天氣推門就是碧海藍天，躺個兩三天挺舒服的。室內外泳池都不錯，孩子玩的挺開心。旁邊就是萬豪，下次去體驗一下。

位置：後門出去就是銀灘，又近又方便，叫外賣也方便。
服務：從前台到客房都很熱情，客房工作人員看到小朋友貼着退熱貼主動詢問身體狀況，還告知附近的就醫點。入住當天因為前面的客人把房間弄的很臟，所以我們入住時間晚了點，前台提示我們可以先去吃個下午茶，去小童樂園玩一會兒，還給了臨時出入卡方便我們從後門直接去沙灘。
環境：從大堂到房間都很整潔敞亮，室外綠化帶有工人在修剪樹木，餐廳內服務人員收拾很及時，陽台望出去雖然看到的多數是園景、水上樂園和泳池，但也很心曠神怡。
餐飲：早餐品種豐富，味道也不錯。
設施：軟件硬件設施都很齊全，客房裡有二維碼可以直接掃碼選擇需要的客房服務，外賣會由機器人送到房間，衞生間配備了一次性馬桶套和成人小童的洗漱用品，室內娛樂設施有小童樂園（有海洋球，滑梯，小童桌球等），影音室等，室外有泳池和水上樂園。大堂迎賓茶水旁有個小箱子，裏面有頭繩、髮夾、酒精、牙線等小物品可以自取。後門那邊有挖沙工具可以自取，玩好回來還有水池可以沖洗沙子，很方便。
建議：馬桶旁最好能配備酒精濕巾和洗手液。
