網上訂錯了日期定成了29號，攜程客服和酒店客服半夜一點幫我協商到了正確的日期，非常感謝！以前都是去三亞玩，很久以前去過一次防城港印象很不好海水又黑又臟，這次因為衹有三天假期試試北海，意想不到酒店服務很好！見人都會微笑打招呼，人員分配也很多，想喝水隨時都有免費的礦泉水喝，比起三亞一進酒店除了房間有水，其他地方就是果汁和椰子汁要你消費獲得，這裏真的性價比太高！除了沒有三亞的私人沙灘其他都不錯，378的雙人套餐也有很多海鮮，在三亞是不可能的。我家孩子28日生日也送了一塊蛋糕，小朋友很開心！酒店做到了賓至如歸、以人為本的服務，令人難忘且滿意！衝著這份服務下次還會再來！

性價比不錯的一個酒店，後門走出去就是銀灘沙灘，酒店游泳池也很棒。早餐很好，特別值得一提的是夜裡十點多因為孩子嘔吐弄臟了床品，兩個當班服務員沒有任何怨言的來給撤換，還因為夜裡沒有倉庫值班人員找不到床墊而再三道歉，非常負責的兩個阿姨，長途路過轉到北海住一晚，體驗感很好，這個酒店列入溜娃備選地之一還會再來。

酒店新裝修的很新很舒服，停車位也多，可以直接走到海灘沒多遠，游泳池也不錯，晴天的北海很美，陽台剛好可以看到日出。前台“T”姓小姐姐服務熱情，由於航班延誤還為我們免費進行了兩次延遲退房。酒店的親子活動也非常豐富，活動室讓帶娃的家長享受躺平式帶娃。

淡季來北海真的體驗很好，人少景美，價格便宜，天氣適宜。銀灘的沙子確實細，酒店位置非常好，房間可以看到海景，後門可以直達海灘，前門走幾分鐘也可以到趕海基地，休閑度假性價比很高。這家萬豪才開業不久，各類設施很新，也很齊全，還提供免費的挖沙工具、沖水服務，很周到。Nina小姐姐很有禮貌很貼心，有需要的諮詢的問題都會熱情回答解決。總體來説住得很滿意，很推薦。

酒店24年落地的，軟、硬裝都很新，前台Molly為我們辦理了入駐，服務超級好，退房後又遺留東西還貼心的提醒我！非常的敬業、有責任心，笑容甜美，早餐很豐富，晚餐我們選擇在中餐廳的菜品很不錯，姜葱炒蟹、茉莉紅燒肉、魚做的非常好吃，出品不錯！父母都非常滿意

來過北海多次，這次選住去年剛開業的萬豪酒店，真的很驚喜！雖然銀灘有不少高端酒店，但是萬豪位置真的視角絕佳！且每一間房都有面朝大海的陽台，酒店有配套的小童設施、游泳池、綠茵茵的大草坪和酒店客人獨享的又細又軟的白沙灘…踩着細沙很解壓；坐在陽台上喝茶、觀海和放空自己，海風輕拂而過感覺人間值得…..酒店品質必須給贊👍一樓的自助餐超性價比，食材品質槓槓滴，沒有任何虛頭巴腦；服務人性化，前台小華小姐姐人美心善，主動為客人着想，感覺很舒服。下次再來北海，必選萬豪。
