來了北海第3天前面訂的民宿不太滿意，打開網站刷到這家民宿點開一看位置不錯就在銀灘邊上1公里左右，跟前台溝通確認過能看海嗎！給了肯定答案後還是不放心，但是入住以後真的很滿意！這個看海視野真的太棒啦，聽説是這個小區是整個北海最高端的小區，物業用的綠城物業，確實環境很好！這次住宿滿意！環境真的住過這麼多民宿，這裏的衞生很乾凈！一次性用品也齊全！

經常來北海的出差的我，這次訂的這家民宿讓我很滿意，前台服務態度很好，所以我就給寫個好評，重來不寫好評的我，這次也寫了，在北海銀灘邊上的皇家海灣公館小區，房間確實可以看海，小區的泳池特別大，在小區的5棟跟6棟之間！收費也合理！房間的環境很乾凈！一次性用品很齊全！不錯

房間還算過得去，前台服務也算可以，我住了四天的個人體驗，還有一個酒店的省電模式設定我真的很無語，這麼熱的天氣，衹要你有一個人出去了屋裡外面，屋裡面會自動斷電，打個比方，一大早長者出去吃早餐關門了，屋裡就斷電了，我們在屋裡就熱醒了，必須早上他們出去的時候找一個人早上起來，按一下一個特定的按鈕才不會斷電，我感覺瘋了，我每天那麼早就要起來按個按鈕，什麼人才發明的？

這次的北海親子游，體驗感非常好。像家一樣的感覺。衹是帶着孩子換了一個地址住。住的是高檔小區，享受的是老闆房東的熱情。我住的是一室一廳户的的，應該孩子還小，空間足夠我們一家了，如果是孩子大一點的，建議要二室的。房間什麼都齊全，忘記陽光望過去很美的海，忘記拍照了。退宿時，叫孩子們一起搞搞衞生。出去玩的時候很方便，有三輪車，或者共享，打車都可以，去各個景點都很近。特別感動老闆入住時，會告訴你一些景點，連定位都有。服務非常到位。給出我個人的看法而已，希望大家可以參考。
