酒店位置很好，走路就能到銀灘，工作人員服務態度很好，特別是管家霍霍服務細心，等房給我們送了下午茶，酒店兩個泳池，還有小童樂園，孩子玩得很開心！

首先地段相當不錯，就在僑港風情街，酒店前台很客氣，幫着搬運行李，房間乾淨整潔，以後有機會再去，一定找這家酒店。

1.衞生一般，入住時，桌面的便簽紙都畫的亂七八糟沒有更換，説明衞生打掃的很不徹底。沒有第一次拖鞋，這不是酒店必備品嗎？
2.酒店位置絕佳在商業街 吃喝玩樂都很方便，半夜依舊可以聽到旁邊在唱歌
3.吧枱可以提供行李的存放服務還是很貼心的。

一般懶得點評，但俞安酒店地理位置非常好，設施也很新，酒店前台工作人員服務態度好，熱心，我忘帶東西還專門給我打電話告知得以順利取回東西，俞安酒店值得推薦，有朋友親人來北海會推薦他們住這裏

酒店位置極佳 附近都是好吃的 交通便利 鬧中取靜 連住四晚 很滿意 而且看錯退房時間退房晚了 前台還讓慢慢收拾 不着急催客人趕緊走 這一點非常滿意
