Some problems with the air conditioner. Overall it is a good hotel near metro station. But I recommend to use line 14 as line 10 is way too far

The hotel is 5-7 min walk from the metro station stores and restaurants available nearby. Main attractions can be reached in 15-20 metro ride, easy access to PEK airport and China World Mall. Easy check-in, kind and helpful staff. Room, sheets and bathroom all clean, the place needs renovation but the room had all I needed for a three night stay. The room was well ventilated. Happy with the service, recommended for a short stay for exploring Beijing at a very reasonable price. Thank you!

Had a very nice stay at this hotel. Good location; close to the metro station. Fresh towels and bottles of water are provided every day. There are restaurants and a supermarket close by. Would recommend!

I stayed there for 5 nights and everything was perfect. I was so surprised by how new and clean the facilities are. They got into my room every day to change the towels and remove the trash so my room was always clean. Although nobody speaks English but they were always willing to help me and that was so warm. It’s located just within walking distance from the subway station so transportation is super convenient. The surrounding area offers you a variety of options for food, not only Chinese food but also fast food and milk tea in case you’re not used to Chinese food. However, believe me, try some of the Chinese food there. They are actually good. It also has a pharmacy and a supermarket in the same building so I have nothing to complain about the location. Happy to be there those last 5 days. I highly recommend this place if you are thinking about coming to Beijing.

We spent 4 nights at Ouya business hotel and we had a good experience. The place was nice, and our room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately, the hallways had a slight smell of smoke, but it wasn’t a big issue. The hotel is located in a lively area, surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants, with a metro station just a 5-minute walk away. From there, it takes about 40 minutes to reach the city center. We would definitely recommend this place!

I find the hotel is strategically located as there is a 24 hour store nearby, easy access to eateries and e hailing pick up right in front of the hotel.
