Our recent 6 nights stay at Park Plaza Beijing Wangfujing was thoroughly enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and clean. 1 of the rooms smelled like cigarettes but when I mentioned to the front desk they cleaned it immediately the next day. They have options for pillows which is great. The hotel staff also decorated the room with balloons and gave my child a birthday bear when I mentioned about his birthday on one of the days. Special mention to all the front desk staff who were very helpful including the concierge. Housekeeping was efficient and responsive. Location is convenient being close to subway, shopping and food options. There’s also a 24 hr convenient store across the hotel. Overall, staff is polite and helpful and breakfast at the hotel was also quite good. A great hotel overall for a family vacation. I would return to this hotel if visiting Beijing again.

酒店位置很好，就在燈市口站旁。酒店前台和寄存行李的職員非常熱心，會向住客建議行程和提醒天氣變化。酒店營業多年，裝修比較陳舊，洗手間有漏水情況，設有洗衣房，但有很多住客使用，如將洗衣機和乾衣機轉為二合一混合機則更佳。適逢生日，酒店將房間佈置了。

服務很好，前台小姐姐faye. Wendy有要求滿足，還有免費飲品，推薦

一進到麗亭酒店讓人感覺特別的舒服，前台的工作人員温柔又耐心，遇到的工作人員都熱情的打招呼，有種賓至如歸的感覺，房間設施雖不新，但很温馨，超出我的預期。

靠近王府井 位置很好 床舒服 設施一切都好 就是我們去的時候暖氣是公用的 真的太熱了 開了就得開窗 要不然很熱 但是暖氣停後就很好

Everything is good except the breakfast. Was expecting better for the price paid. Stayed for a week and the breakfast was the same everyday.

방은 청결하고 매일 청소를 잘 해주었습니다 베개는 4가지 가운데 택 1 할 수 있는 서비스가 있습니다 조식이 다양하고 맛있었어요 서양식보다 오히려 중국식이 더 괜찮았습니다(특히 부모님과 간 경우라면) 왕푸징 거리까지 걸어서10분 거리라서 apm 이나 in88에서 식사하거나 쇼핑하는건 좋아요  5분 이내에 7fresh 라는 작은 마트가 있고 20분 이내에 우마트라는 큰 마트가 있어요 휘트니스클럽의 경우 관리하는 직원이 없어 먹다 마신 물병들이 있고 사물함 열쇠는 없고 공간이 협소하고 기구가 몇 개 없으니 러닝머신만 해도 된다면 이용하세요(별도로 운동화 안챙겨도 됩니다, 다들 그냥 신던 신발 신어요) 남자 직원들은 친절한 반면 여자 직원들은 친절하지 않아요

We enjoyed excellent service and accommodation! The food was great! Highly recommended for first time visitors in Beijing. We went as a family and everyone was happy to experience such a great stay.
