環境很棒，房間可以看到水庫和山景，非節假日去的，是很安靜很愜意的避世感，酒店最上面一層有個户外的咖啡館，環境很不錯，酒店的早餐也還可以，健身房游泳館都有，還有網球、羽毛球等場館。

平谷山水間的豪華酒店，依山傍水，面朝西峪水庫，到處都是大自然的氣息，是逃離城市放空身心的好地方，山上的網紅咖啡店很贊。酒店衞生，服務都很不錯，設施也很齊全，不出酒店基本可以滿足各類需求。適合休閑放鬆，不適合景點遊，距離較遠。建議:部分娛樂設施免費開放，餐食再豐富一些，增加親子項目，如果能充分利用酒店閑置的設施資源舉辦一些娛樂活動，住客的體驗感會更好。

每次也都會分享入住體驗，酒店每年都會去就是覺得環境很美和舒服。但是娛樂設施太老太單一了，餐品也可以豐富點。我定的是豪華房，雖然沒有特意強調房間位置，前台還是給我分了兩間最靠邊的，衞生看着很乾凈。服務員的親切度要是再高點就會很舒服，畢竟節假日的房價也要3000了這個價位與服務有點不符，希望提高

寵物友好酒店真心不錯，送了當地特色桃木梳子，還有養身宵夜。給狗子送來了飯碗和墊子，有個陽台喝茶曬太陽都挺舒服的，對面的山旁邊的水，風景很美。早餐花樣多大多數是中式風味。

酒店真的是小童友好，而且周圍環境很好，緊鄰西峪水庫，特別適合帶娃出行。
各種小童遊樂項目可以選擇，卡丁車、植物園、水上碰碰船。
酒店洗澡和泳池也是礦泉水，泳池水質很好。
