كانت موظفة الاستقبال لطيفة للغاية ولكنها كانت مضللة بعض الشيء. يبدو أن هناك "باقة VIP" تكلف 20 دولارًا بالإضافة إلى سعر الغرفة المحدد الذي تدفعه عبر الإنترنت. قالت موظفة الاستقبال أن الباقة اختيارية ولكنك بحاجة إليها للوصول إلى المسبح والصالة الرياضية. قررنا الذهاب إليها لأنها قالت إنها تقدم خصومات على علاجات السبا المتاحة، وللأسف أخبرنا موظفو السبا أن هذا غير صحيح وأنه لا يوجد خصم، لذلك دفعنا 20 دولارًا إضافيًا مقابل لا شيء. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، كانت البطانيات والسجاد والوسائد والكراسي ملطخة بطريقة مقززة إلى حد ما. الدش ضعيف للغاية والماء دافئ فقط وليس ساخنًا. وأخيرًا، كان الإفطار سيئًا للغاية. يجب أن تدفع مبلغًا إضافيًا مقابل البيض المخفوق أو العصير أو القهوة وكانت الخيارات المتاحة جميعها جافة جدًا وتبدو قديمة. لا أوصي بالإقامة هنا إلا إذا كنت يائسًا للغاية.

لنبدأ بالترحيب الأكثر قيمة بابتسامة ديلان، كانت الغرفة مريحة وكانت الخدمة سريعة، لقد طلبنا لحم بقري ودجاج، استغرق الأمر أقل من 10 دقائق ويجب أن أذكر الطعم، كان لذيذًا للغاية .. فريق رائع وخدمة رائعة، شكرًا لك ديلان

I spent 5 nights at this hotel a few minutes from famous Rock Bay with an ocean view between two other buildings. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was included. They serve hot meals too. Caffee was instant, and they provide milk powder. The swimming pool is closed The service was very friendly and always helpful. tying their best. There are restaurants outlet store and supermarkets a few minutes away.

This hotel is one of the best in Beirut. The location is amazing. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were comfy and spacious. I stayed on it for the first time three years ago, and since then, I have stayed there every time I visit Beirut.

this is a nice 4 star hotel with great location. electricity is available 24 hours. free gym is available. roof top pool with great view. for relaxation visit the SPA. highly recommended with affordable prices

It was a great hotel with a rooftop pool next to one of the biggest landmarks/Tourist Attraction Roúche Rocks . it great for family holidays and it’s not that expensive it was a nice experience and open buffet for breakfast
