"Stayed here with a large family group (8 adults, 3 children) in late May 2026. Firstly, the positives are that it's a fantastic, compact spot for families with young children. Great pool area, attentive staff and plenty for a young family to do in the way of entertaining children. The food is of a good standard, fresh but maybe lacking in variety in the main restaurants. On the other hand there are a few negative points. The a la carte restaurants simply aren't good enough. The service, food and communication is not worth the surplus payment and they'd be better off using these resources for another large buffet style restaurant. We had a bad experience in the Italian restaurant where appetisers came out with mains, some people had two courses by the time others had zero etc... And the English was lacking when it came to a member of the party having a nut allergy too. I brought this up with Guest Services and they offered 50% discount but I'd have preferred to have not paid anything. Also they advertise a sports bar, it was closed the entire duration of our stay. Therefore there is no sport shown on resort when this is closed and there just isn't enough going on to entertain adults of an evening. Bottom line - as I say good value for money, but I'd just pay the extra to stay in a more comprehensive resort. Good for kids but not enough for adults for a resort."

"Good hotel. Very close to Land of Legends. The hotel is good, the staff is friendly. The food is tasty, varied. But on the check-out date, at 8 am, the lights were already turned off, as if "politely" asking us to quickly get ready and leave the room, it was unpleasant."
