"1. Hotel Location: Average. Walking to major attractions like the cathedral takes 20-30 minutes or more; however, if you have time to explore at your own pace, it's fine. 2. Hotel Overall Design: Good, from the layout and color scheme to the materials used. The only inconvenience is the one-way elevator; the hotel is large and long, and with only one elevator, you have to walk a very long way to reach your room. 3. Hotel Facilities: Acceptable. Two things I think this level of hotel definitely needs to improve: a. There's no bidet on the left side; b. The shower room doesn't even have a door… 4. Hotel Service: Acceptable. Special praise goes to the staff member pictured in the attached photo. Our car battery died, and this staff member stayed with us for about 30 minutes, diligently helping to solve the problem. In the end, I had to flag down a taxi for a jump start, but during the process, this hotel staff member kept checking the battery and studying the condition of the car, successfully locating the battery and successfully jump-starting the car. 5. Hotel Cleanliness: Everything else is fine, except some mirrors weren't completely clean, as shown in the attached photo."

"I had a studio apartment booked for three nights. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. Yeah, the small kitchen area fully stocked with all the cutlery you could need, including cleaning and washing up items. The bed was nice and comfortable. The apartment was split into two with a seating area with a sofa and then the bedroom. Two air-conditioning unit units in the apartment, both of them white very well. Two TVs with Internet access enabled apps like Netflix in the apartment. The bathroom itself was small but very clean and usable. It had a walk-in shower and considering I was on the second floor, the pressure from the shower was brilliant. The building from the outside doesn't look like much and it's a bit of a weird setup to get to the apartments as multiple floors of this building are being used by different companies. I believe floors 2 to 4 and four belong to moving apartments and the rest of them were either private apartments or belonging to companies, as displayed on the lift. Check-in was a breeze in fact the receptionist allowed us to check in an hour early so we could drop our bags off and then make our way into town which I thought was a nice gesture. The restaurant/breakfast area was nicely laid out. However, the breakfast itself was very poor. The eggs, sausages and toast that were cooked and left in heated pans. However, these heating pants were all turned off so all the hot food was cold. We couldn't reheat anything. That was a selection of cheeses that look like they've been out for days and selection of cold meats also. There was a coffee station which on two days had hot coffee in it, but on the third, it was cold. There was some muffins and fruit as well as cold water and juices, although I had to help myself to the juices from the fridge as none of the juices were out. My recommendation is Skip the breakfast and when you come out the apartment take a left down the hill onto the main road and you have several cafés that serve really good hot food. Overall, the apartment itself was amazing. The staff were good, but the breakfast let it down."
