Nestled in the heart of Bella Vista, Rockrider House is the premiere spot for anyone looking to experience NWA's natural beauty and bike trails! We're located along the Tunnel Vision Trail that connects to the famous Little Sugar MTB Trail! At home enjoy amenities for 7 guests in our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home including a fully stocked kitchen, cozy living room, and large fenced in back yard with seating - perfect to bring the dogs along! ★ The fireplace shown in the photos is not functional. ★ Per Bella Vista POA rules, renters must fill out a guest card with each guests' name to be able to use any amenities such as fitness centers, lakes, boating, fishing, tennis, golf, etc. There is a $30 fee associated with this, and it must be taken care of PRIOR to your arrival. The Bella Vista POA Member Services office is not open on the weekends, and we will NOT be able to issue cards on those days. Please message our guest services team with this inquiry at least 5 business days prior to your stay. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. - This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home.
