We stayed 3 nights and couldn’t fault the service and location. You’re right in the middle of beautiful Bellagio, only a few minutes walk to the ferry. Rooms were clean and tidy, but as expected for such a good price it was very ‘compact’. Breakfast was more than adequate to set you up for the day. Would recommend if you think location is more important than a gigantic room! There is no bar, but staff were more than happy to let us enjoy our own drinks in the garden/terrace before heading out to dinner.

We stayed for three nights. We were greeted by knowledgeable and friendly staff every time we entered the hotel. Michele was awesome and did a great job! We cannot wait to come back!

The little hotel is in the heart of bellagio. Close to the ferries, restaurants and nightlife. The owners are exceptionally friendly and always smiling.. Breakfast is decent! The lemon breakfast cookies are very very tasty. The rooms have a quirkiness to them, are of a good size. For an authentic stay this is a lovely affordable place to stay!

I took off a star because the room was very small, and the breakfast, while fine, could have had more fresh fruit and better breads. The hotel staff is wonderful and the hotel is spotless and very well run. Note the hotel is reached by a climb up the beautiful stone steps of Bellagio - not a problem for us but may be difficult for some travelers.

As the name says it is central location very close to everything great that Bellagio has to offer. Friendly staff and owner

Incredible stay with Mikaela and his family! Every time I emailed them, they would respond immediately. Giving me very specific instructions of how to get to Bellagio ( which saved a lot of time and money and agrivation.) Dave and I wanted to thank you all personally for a wonderful stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our time with them at breakfast which was full and varied. Mikaela makes the best cappuccinos! The room and outside patio was perfect , really large with lovely views. We had friends next door who had the same great balcony and view. Mikaela is like a work horse and brings all our heavy cases up and down the many stairs with ease!😂 They even helped our friends with directions ( for getting to Rome and getting around!in Rome!😂) So ignore some unhappy people in these reviews . If you don’t enjoy this location, gardens, serenity , friendly smiles and attention, then maybe stay home! Much better price than larger hotels on front road which appeared noisier and less calming .( even though we walk at of hotels Centrale into the craziness of restaurants and bars etc.) Book early for best rooms!
