White Bay Villas and Beach Club

White Bay is a perfect place to get away. The villas are perfectly situated on the hill side and well maintained. We went there to have a simple trip to a beautiful beach, and that is exactly what we enjoyed. Fun times at the beach, Ivan’s or Soggy Dollar during the day. Dinner at Alice’s and quiet solitude in the evening. We will be back.

This was our second visit to White Bay Villas, and as it was last year, so it was this year... wonderful, beautiful and relaxing. I wrote a long review last year, so I won't go into that detail, but all that I said then is still true today. My wife and I stayed in the Seaside Cottages this visit and loved it. If you're looking to get away, slow down and take a deep breath of some salty air, we highly recommend White Bay Villas! It is truly paradise.

We just checked out of White Bay Villas. We stayed in one of the seaside cottages. Little porch and view is beautiful which is why I gave 2 stars. First of all I have traveled a lot all over the world and have never left a negative review. But, I trust these reviews and what people do be honest! The AC is basically non existent. It’s only blinds and screens. Days you can’t stand to stay in the villa. Afternoons getting dress is unbearable. Nights it cools off some but to say it’s cool is just not true. Sadly, the microwave had an infestation that seems to be coming from the back of the microwave through cracks in the microwave. We ordered provisions from Tortola.$140 worth of groceries. Rite Way charges $14 to pack and deliver to the ferry, a very fare price. White Bay Villas charges $54. It states on the website a 10% duty fee may apply. I don’t know where they got $54?? Live and learn. Would never stay at WBV again.

Sometimes backyard tourism is the best kind of tourism. We gaze at Jost from the deck of our home, but this was our first time spending more than a few hours here--and it did not disappoint. Like proper tourists, we explored, lazed on the beach, goat-watched, and had our fill of frozen beverages. And we rolled home to White Bay Villas for the best nights' rest we've had in a long time. We loved our accommodations, and the staff could not have been more wonderful. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

The view, the view, THE VIEW!!! We have been to Jost many times for the day, but to spend a whole week on island was the ultimate in relaxation! We stayed at Coconut Hillside Villa. The AC in the bedrooms kept things cool, even to the connecting bathrooms. The kitchen got a little warm, however. We spent most of our time outside watching THE VIEW (did I mention that ;). The location was great for spending time at White Bay or Great Harbour. The only improvement would be a pool onsite, but other than that, perfect for our needs and amazing stay!

Everything about our stay at WBV was perfect. The unit we stayed in was perfect for our needs. It had a nice kitchen with a full size fridge which allowed us to prepare meals "at home". The bedroom/bedding and front room were comfy and cozy. Our favorite part about the unit though was the porch with the amazing view of White Bay. The location was perfect for viewing White Bay and it's only a 5 min or less walk down the hill to the beach. The staff at WBV were all fantastic. Everyone was extremely helpful and very kind. The other island residents (goats, cats, lizards, frogs, and birds) that we met here and there will also be missed. WBV is an absolute gem. We hope to stay there again soon.
