Nice property with good value restaurant. Wait staff were very professional and attentive. Our attic room because of sloping ceilings was a little restricted with regard to access to one side of the bed and to the toilet but decor was very nice.

A charming hotel with convivial hosts. We opted for one of the standard rooms which was quite small (as we expected) but clean and well presented overlooking the moat. We took a walk down through the woods, followed by an excellent evening meal with friendly and efficient service. We would recommend taking a 10 minute drive down to walk along the banks of the Allier and enjoy the riverside parks.

Completely over priced at €250 per night given the small room offered the unappealing decor and the fact that all evidence of the former chateau had been removed by the interior designers. Very disappointing.

Si vous aimez le calme , fuyez. hôtel entouré d'eau , vous aurez le bruit des grenouilles toute la nuit, et le matin les pigeons viendront vous réveiller à l'aube. Rapport qualité très décevant , vivement que le mercure de Vichy réouvre ses portes ! Cerise sur le gâteau , la chambre que nous avons eu n'a pas été celle réservée malgré une réservation téléphonique directe. Bref , à part la literie , hôtel sans intérêt

Restaurant vieillot ,mais nourriture très bonne. Chambres mediocres, salle de bains et douche au sol peint !!! Honteux. Pas de lumière dans la salle à manger. Rideau à l'entée de l'hotel minable. En fait, il n'y a méme pas de reception ......

Delusione completa. Camera piccola con termosifone rumorosissimo.da non dormire. Ho dovuto mettere la valigia in bagno perché non c'era spazio sufficiente. Colazione poco invitante (va prenotata il giorno prima). Chiesto pane e marmellata, sonnn uscita con la voglia di marmellata (pochissima) . Speso una follia. Non lo consiglio.

Schönes hochpreisiges Hotel in einem ehemaligen Wasserschloss. Guter und freundlicher Service, sauberes Zimmer, großes Bad, mit ausgezeichnetem Restaurant. Wir übernachteten nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Großer kostenfreier Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Frühstück kostet extra.
