"We stayed Albergo Cappello after our Dolomites hike, and it was obvious a popular choice for other hikers in the region. They accepted our luggage transfer from other hotel and stored our luggage for us until we arrived. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was quite nice."

"Very disappointing and misleading “pet-friendly” experience. We arrived expecting a pet-friendly stay, only to be told on the spot that there is only one designated room for guests with pets — and it was already occupied. This was never communicated in advance. On top of that, we were informed about an extra charge of €20 per night per dog. Despite this additional fee, the rules were extremely unreasonable: dogs were not allowed to eat or drink inside the apartment and had to do so outside the premises, and were expected to sleep in the bathtub. The host was also rude and unhelpful when we tried to clarify these points. Given these conditions, we decided not to stay and left immediately. This place should not be advertised as pet-friendly. I would strongly advise pet owners to avoid it."

"Me and my partner arrived to Venice late at 8pm. We found this place last minute a night before and thought we book it as the price was fair for a night. There wasn't issue with arriving late as the host is responding via Airbnb app all the time and also there was a clear instructions on how to get in where to park and what number to call. The property is definitely breath taking. You wouldn't expect it by looking at it from outside. They kept the historical walls from outside but once you walk in to the apartment everything is perfect and clean and the apartment is fully equipped. It is located in a beautiful surroundings and there are small towns around just in case you fancy pizza or beer. We had to depart very early the next day as we were heading to the mountains for hike but if we ever will have time to come again and stay longer we would. You can also book dinner or brunch on their website if you wish. And breakfast was included but we had to leave before that which was shame. Thank you for everything. Pavi and Peter"
