Superb food (we took leftovers back to our hotel - it was too good to leave!). The food and drinks menu was extensive and there’s definitely something for everyone. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and service was quick. Beautiful surroundings and great views to the ocean.

Review for Luna Sea Inn Our stay at Luna Sea Inn was absolutely unforgettable, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the incredible staff, especially Martha, who went above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect. She was instrumental in organizing our transportation around the island, and my family couldn’t stop singing her praises throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had breathtaking views of the ocean from every angle. Waking up to the sound of the waves was the perfect start to each day. While the beach is small, it’s easily accessible and we had a blast using the paddle boards. We also really appreciated having a mini-fridge in the room, especially for storing formula bottles—such a thoughtful touch for families. The hotel is incredibly kid-friendly, which made it an ideal spot for our family. One of the best features of Luna Sea Inn was the bar and restaurant on-site. It was so convenient to have a place to relax with amazing food and drinks without having to leave the property. The waitstaff and bartenders were exceptional—10/10. It was wonderful to see the same friendly faces each day, and getting to know the staff personally made our stay even more special. I truly wish I had taken more pictures with them, as they were such an important part of our experience. Now, let me talk about our wedding! The views for our ceremony were unbelievable, and the hotel took care of every detail, from food and drinks to flowers, decorations, and even MC’ing the event. They arranged for hair and makeup as well. I cannot recommend getting a flower crown enough—such a beautiful addition! Having our wedding on-site was the best decision; knowing that the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception were all taken care of in one place made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. The bridal suite was perfect for getting ready with my bridal party, and my bouquet was simply gorgeous. If you’re considering Luna Sea Inn for a wedding, I wholeheartedly recommend it—especially for a small group. For larger groups, I would suggest keeping the party size to about 8-10 people. We had a group of 18+, and while everything was still wonderful, I feel that a smaller group would have made the experience even smoother, especially with the size of the restaurant and accommodations. For our next visit, we plan to return with a smaller group of 6. All in all, Luna Sea Inn exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff’s kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for their guests were a huge part of what made our stay so amazing. We are already looking forward to our next trip and can’t wait to return—without the kids next time! Luna Sea Inn has definitely earned a special place in our hearts, and I’m so happy to have found this gem in Jamaica. Thank you, Luna Sea Inn, for making our trip—and our wedding—so unforgettable!

We stayed at the Luna Sea Inn recently. The room had been booked some months ago as part of a family event. We did not read the recent review (January, Mike B) that talked about the poor state of the venue until just before we traveled and went with some trepidation. While it is true that the place needs some renovation and improvements to meet many visitors’ expectations, we found some of the complaints to be no longer an issue. The room we were in was fairly basic, but it was clean and the plumbing and lighting worked. We found the staff responsive when we asked for additional towels or other room amenities. The building had been recently painted and they were continuing to work on some of these basic maintenance tasks. It appeared that they had recently acquired some new lawn furniture, but the porch furniture for the rooms was old and not in the best shape. The pool, which is more of a sitting and drinking pool, was not working. If you want to lie on the beach and go swimming in the sea, this is probably not the place for you. The small beach is beside the hotel and not private. You also need a car to see most places, though the hotel will arrange a car or van at your own expense. The food continues to be excellent and we had many delicious meals there. Service is sometimes slow, but if you are on vacation and not pressed to go off site, the wait can be pleasant as there is water alongside the dining room. They also seem to do well with special events, weddings and group dinners, with nice decorations and good service. In sum, this is a decent place if you want to just hang out and decompress. If you want to be near lots of action or crave major beach time, this is probably not the place for you

A beautiful spot The parking was easy and the hotel is in a lovely position surrounded by blue sea. We were warmly welcomed with complimentary bottles of water and a welcome rum punch or beer. We were also given an upgrade to a front facing room which was much appreciated. The super king sized bed was really comfortable. There was a large fridge, kettle and mugs provided, just take your own coffee. The shower had plenty of hot water. The air con unit is quiet and works well, it is peaceful and we slept really well. You get a lovely sunset which we enjoyed from the gazebo which is lit with fairy lights. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent in quality and the menus are really nice, although some of the ingredients may be missing (Greek salad minus the feta) The callaloo parcels were just divine! I wanted the chefs signature herb crusted chicken but was warned off by the waitress saying it would take an hour to cook. Instead we ordered chicken pasta and goat curry which then took over an hour and a half to arrive. By the time our main course arrived 2h after we’d initially sat down we were past wanting to eat much. The locals seem to know to order in advance so it is ready when they arrive. If we had stayed longer, we would have done that for breakfast and dinner. It was the only thing that we didn’t like, you do want to wait over an hour for breakfast.

À éviter Hôtel pas confortable ! Le seul attrait de l’hôtel c’est la vu ! Pas de place, piscine non fonctionnel ! Sur la réservation était indiqué 12h pour libérer la chambre, mais à 11h on nous a demandé de quitter ! Même pas une bouteille d’eau dans la chambre ! Tous les « petits «  extras sont facturés ! (Ajoute du bacon dans l’omelette du matin !!!!!!)

the whole place is undermaintened, we could hear loud bad words from the staff from the kitchen, rooms needs painting, the bathrrom roof leaks. the place is definitely not good value for money. i would never return there
