L'Envolée tenue par Michèle, personne pleine de vie, charmante, très à l'écoute de ses clients, hyperpolyglotte (elle parle 6 langues), est une grande maison de village en pierres, pleine de charme, à l'entrée de Belvianes et Cavirac, petit village de l'Aude. Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans une chambre romantique, très propre, avec toilette et salle d'eau, et 4 nuits dans le gîte, à 10 mètres, avec accès direct vers le jardin magnifique. Le petit déjeuner, prit dans la salle à manger, véritable bonbonnière, est très copieux. Un vrai havre de paix. D'ailleurs nous y retournons très prochainement.
