"Lovely location. Right opposite the beach/ harbour. On arrival we shown room no mention of breakfast / times !!!! When we returned from our day out we were greated by an extremely LOUD band playing (yep i know its a pub....but we had no polite email so inform us of this, especially after a busy day travelling). When we enquired what time breakfast was,we was told they don't serve breakfast!!!!! ( place offered as B&B) the pub has new owners who are not offering food at the moment, and was told to get breakfast in one of the local cafes.! Room was clean But would not recommend if you want an early night or breakfast !! So definitely not worth the money."

"Had a minor issue with the shower, and no cups to have tea otherwise a lovely stay. Didn’t have the breakfast here we preferred to go to local cafes so can’t comment. Staff are truly amazing the bar downstairs is very friendly loads of interesting historical facts (ask a local will make an interesting evening!) Local Mermaid gin and vodka worth a try. Location is really easy for ferry and beach. Some nice local restaurants. Was worried about pub noise but by 9 it’s really quiet and not that much noise other than faint music. Clean room comfy bed and pretty much all you need for a good stay. Didn’t get a chance to try the food downstairs was not around when the kitchen was open. It’s a great place to relax and unwind, have a walk by the beach"
