Globales Los Patos Park

Hemos venido varios años y me gustaría reseñar el excelente personal y en especial a Alba que es la chica encantadora y divertida que nos hace reír y disfrutar.

Es vergonzoso, la piscina las cierran a las 18:45, los vasos de cartón, un socorrista para todas las atracciones, además de toda la gente que se hospeda en el hotel venden entradas por días para el parque acuático y los servicios de cafetería, aparte no hay apenas juegos por la tarde para los niños, ha empeorado considerablemente en los 2 últimos años. Por no hablar del camarero de los snaks….

The hotel is in a good location although a little hill on the last few hundred yards. The marina is a half hour walk but on a walkway away from the road with many bars, shops and restaurants on the way. The rooms are basic with very little storage for clothes but are cleaned every day to a good standard. (There's a beach bag in the wardrobe for you when you arrive). The food is basic but exactly what you expect from a package AI holiday. They do a couple of theme nights but we always found something we liked and our kids 8 and 10 were happy enough. There are only really queues as it opens but we only waited 5 minutes max to be seated. The pools were good and there were queues from 9am for the top pool (water slides) and around half past 9 for the bottom pool but it's actually not bad as that's you for the day. It stops people just putting down towels early on and going out for the day. We found that there was always enough beds for all. The pool bars have queues but they move very quickly with the longest wait being 10 minutes max. A lot of the time you are waiting a minute or 2 for drinks. The snack bar is longer because they cook to order and can be half an hour. If taking inflatables, note that only small rings (no balls etc, none of the larger rings with handles) are allowed in the bottom pool due to the pool size. All other inflatables are allowed in the top pool. Towels are available but cost a €10 deposit per towel. Drinks- The AI is not AI. Local spirits, a few cocktails and San Miguel are the only drinks available. Soft drinks, fizzy drinks, slushies, and a water fountain are free as are ice poles and the small ice cream tubs for kids A bit disappointing that regular holiday cocktails like pina colada, daiquiri, mojito are only available if you pay. AI are treated a bit like 2nd class customers even though you pay in advance. You only get half pints AI but full pints if you pay on the day. The evening entertainment again is standard package holiday entertainment which starts with little kids disco then things like bingo, quizzes and evening shows with singers/dancers. There is a small arcade with pool tables, basketball and a few other claw machines. All in all, it's decent value but it may be worth weighing up not going AI if you drink any of the non inclusive drinks or are fussy with food. I think the hotel need to either make the whole place AI or not at all as it they treat the guests differently.
