Guest suite includes a private keypad entrance to the unit and private back yard, however, it does share walls with the main house. The unit does not come equipped with a full kitchen but a small kitchenette which includes a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and basic utensils.The guest suite is attached to our main house therefore you may hear some regular noises. We have installed noise proofing but it does not dampen noise 100%. Please note the second bed is a sofa bed (the best one money can buy! But still a sofa bed).The entire home and property is available to the guest, with lots of space on all sides of the home. This home is located in central Bend in a a modest working class neighborhood with unique homes spanning from the 1930's to modern builds. It has a friendly local vibe and neighbors keep to themselves. The vacant lot directly next-door (to the north, the "left side" as facing from the street) will be having a small home constructed starting in July of 2024". The construction is directly next door and there isn't much separation between the house. Most of our guests have not found it to be an issue, but if you re looking for guaranteed quiet during working hours, this is probably not a suitable listing for you during the Summer/Fall of 2024.
