Guest suite includes a private keypad entrance to the unit and private back yard, however, it does share walls with the main house. The unit does not come equipped with a full kitchen but a small kitchenette which includes a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and basic utensils.The guest suite is attached to our main house therefore you may hear some regular noises. We have installed noise proofing but it does not dampen noise 100%. Walk along the river all the way to Hayden Homes Ampitheatre for concerts. Cycle, kayak, paddle board, hike, and walk right out the door to some of the best spots in town. You can be in the river in less than 3 minutes. Walk to several breweries from the house. You’ll love the location, amenities, the outdoor space, and the comfy bed. The 7-mile paved river trail is across the street. Everything is close by. The white-water park is only a mile walk away. It's fun to watch the surfers and white-water kayakers on the waves. It's also fun to watch the hundreds of individuals float thru the rapids in the summer on float tubes.
