Pudimos disfrutar de una buena semana en el hotel, conocimos a muchísima gente de zonas muy distintas, sobre todo gente joven, los servicios del hotel muy completos y siempre con alguien muy atento a lo que necesitábamos como, Makarena en bares David o Rafa que sienpre están para lo haga falta, no dudaré en volver por su gran servio y el todo incluido que no tiene pérdida.

Just back from a stay here with 15 of us on a hen do Was happy with the hotel and room, basic but clean shame there was no balcony and the sheer drop from the open window was concerning The staff were lovely The pool was terrible, did not look clean so didn’t even dip a toe in it all weekend not a sun longer in sight and probably only seating at the pool for about 30 people Didn’t eat at the hotel because it didn’t look good can get much better else where and probably cheaper Location is not great as it’s a very steep hill down to get anywhere coming back up it in 30+ degree heat was not fun I wouldn’t stay again purely due to the pool situation

Stayed here as 4 friends. Having visited benidorm multiple times we decided to give this hotel a go, we didn’t expect much as a party hotel. Before arrival I was sent multiple payment links which did not work saying payment required even though I had paid in full. Took weeks to get through to anyone at hotel. On arrival in evening reception staff welcoming. Room and bathroom clean. No balcony. Paid for refurbished party room but did not have the dj lights or projector as advertised. Drinks good as branded. the indoor pool is absolutely disgusting. Smelled very bad and not clear at all, outdoor pool also cloudy. The queue for drinks was awful then closed the outdoor bar on a busy Sat pool party to go inside when it was sunshine. Out of the 4 days there was only music at pool for 1 day and the pool party was awful. Music not loud. Food very average but edible. Overall this is not party oriented , I would have been gutted if I paid the hundreds of pounds stags and hens were paying for a party, we went elsewhere for 2 days during day. Summery pros. Refurbished room clean, food edible, drinks good, staff friendly, roof top lovely Cons. Pool party poor, both pools especially inside very dirty, drinks finish 7pm, queues long, not a party vibe I would not stay here again due to the disappointment in the pool parties which is why we booked it.

Stayed here last week (22/06/25) Although the cleaners and staff were great, the facilities were not as advertised, we booked the party rooms for a stag do. Unfortunately No PS4’s were provided although it was advertised. The projector didn’t work. Speakers were hanging from the ceiling as the stands where broken, Room deposits we were told would be refunded upon leaving the hotel. This has still not been re credited to our accounts 4 days later even though we left the room in perfect condition The pool was green and looked like it hadn’t seen a thorough clean for a long time, The beer was flat daily. 6 out of the 8 friends I visited with ended up ill. The showers leaked. One of the rooms smelled like sewage for the first 3 days of our visit. The food provided looked like it had been heated with a hair dryer. We met people who had to pay 300 euros for the “pool party”all of whom were deeply disappointed. Unfortunately this seemed like it was a huge scam as it was basically just the privilege of using the filthy pool and some flat drinks. The dancers turned up for a few what looked like warm up dances. The dj arrived and music stayed exactly the same. Turned up half way through a song and seemed to just Mimick a few songs and pretend to play the decks. All in all the cleaners were really good. The hotel reception where helpful. Everything else left a lot to be desired. If we were ever to return to Benidorm it certainly would not be here we stayed. I had high hopes for this hotel however it left a sour taste in the mouth as it seemed like nothing was as advertised. Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere. The picture uploaded was the colour of the pool. How my friend had the confidence to get in is beyond me .

The worst hotel I have stayed in my life. Location awful away from beach up a hill out of the way from everything no possibility of taxis , just walk the hill. Reception disgusting loud , cheap unkempt . Lift disgusting 2 people old jammed my arm in steel doors no sensor at body height terrifying . Room acces hardly ever worked , bedroom like a prison cell no window !!!!! Main room awful couldn't open blinds for fear of people looking in so no view !! Showers didn't work handles dtopped off reception agreed and just laughed !!!! Pool disgusting like a swamp , no dun loungers a few plastic chairs . Vip area hilarious a wooden bed 400 euros . I could go on and on never again , just vile.

Was a bit concerned after reading some of the reviews but do not worry! Check in all good, 50E per head to be paid as a deposit on room upon check in and it was returned upon departure after room was checked over by cleaner. You can hire a safe for 2 E a day. Rooms were clean and tidy, beds were comfy, bathroom clean… not the most modern if in a standard room but adequate… you are not there to be in the room! The hotel does what it says on the tin …it’s a music resort. So expect large groups and constant music.. pool parties on Fri and Sat are very busy as they sell tickets to people not staying there: get down to the pool early if you want a good spot. The all inc food is typical of a Spanish hotel, average, but you can always find something to eat… salad and healthy options too. We didn’t find it particularly noisy at night … but take ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

BC Music Resort - be wary of the clientele We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights in June 2025. (3F 1M)We were welcomed by friendly staff bearing drinks suggesting we’d have a nice time at the resort however we quickly realised what the place is actually like. The main issue is the behaviour of other guests. Within half an hour of arriving we had seen 2 physical altercations and were informed that the pool was closed due to someone being sick in it. we were there for a party and good time and understood it might be rowdy but the pool areas were full of men in their 30s and 40s behaving like toddlers - no regards for any other guests, rude, often threatening and their attitudes to women, consent and personal space were crazy (this is also the case for the bars/clubs on the main *****) Don’t come here if you are under 25 especially girls. This isn’t necessarily the hotels fault but the security didn’t seem to care and it’s definitely something worth bearing in mind. The hotel also gave the impression that it was struggling with only one of the bars open at a time. The outdoor pool was also disgusting, I was seriously questioning the last time it had been cleaned. Space around the pool was very limited for the size of the hotel especially when non guests can come in on the party days. Food was sweaty, unfresh and largely inedible. the lifts never work. The music was pretty decent if you like house until the pool party DJs began, most of whom played music you’d hear in a popworld. The cleaning staff would knock on at 9:30 every morning which was annoying because we’d been out in Benidorm until the early hours. However, the drinks are good, the room was great and the location is nice and convenient. To summarise Pros - rooms - Drinks - Staff - Location Cons - clientele is horrible and gropey from experience (enough to create a miserable atmosphere) - Pool is disgusting - Poor food - Run down appearance - Not enough facilities, pool area - Lifts rarely work & stairwells are narrow and sweaty The significance of the cons massively outweigh the pros. Do not stay here unless you don’t mind sharing it with the dregs of society. It’s also worth noting we love festivals/camping and don’t mind roughing it but this was genuinely on another level of bad.

When we arrived, the atmosphere was intense—seriously loud music and stag dos everywhere. It was full-on from the start. Reception staff were great, very helpful. They gave us four drink tokens and explained these were for our all-inclusive drinks, even though we had wristbands. Maids came everyday so yeah, good. We were a group of four staying in a one-bedroom apartment. The room itself was nice, but the bedroom was pretty cramped for two people. After unpacking, we headed for drinks. Unfortunately, the bar experience was frustrating. There was a long wait, and they only allowed one drink per person. That meant each of us had to queue up separately. Meanwhile, others were walking away with multiple drinks as they were tipping. In 50 minutes, we only managed to get two drinks each. Next, we tried the food. It wasn’t terrible, but it was cold, which was disappointing. Basic food. Chips pizza salad chicken. etc. The next day was chaotic. The place was packed because people can buy tickets for the pool party, even if they’re not staying at the hotel. We couldn’t even get close to the pool. Later, things got worse—arguments, shouting, even scuffles. It was complete mayhem. The bed you see online are for paying guests only. And they aren’t cheap. Honestly, I’ve never seen anything like it. After that, we didn’t use the hotel for food or drinks again. We chose to go out every day instead. Is it the worst place I’ve been? No. But you really need to know what you’re getting into. I think what spoilt it for us was just the amount of people in that small place. Would I go back? No—but that’s just my personal choice.

Had an amazing time, staff are so helpful and accommodating. Would totally recommend VIP package. We were part of hen family arty and it was well catered for. David, Rafa and Maria and all the other staff were very professional and polite.

Hen party of 9 of different ages, we all had a great time. The staff were lovely and very helpful, one of our group hurt their ankle and the staff couldn't have done more to help her. The rooms were lovely and clean with fresh bed linen, the bed was comfortable, the bedrooms were cleaned every day, the food was what you would expect for 3*** star hotel. A big thank you to the chef who was great and cooked me beautiful eggs with the runny yoke when I requested them. There is a lovely chill out area on the rooftop if you want to get away from the noise of the pool. This is a party hotel so it can be noisy. we were on the 10th floor, which wasn't too bad. If you are lower down, I recommend some ear plugs to help with getting to sleep. If you want somewhere for a Hen party, then this place is ideal.

Hello Bit of a strange review here.. we are planning on coming to you in July this year (2025). We are a party of 17 of us and unfortunately the mother in law of the bride has been diagnosed with cancer and is unable to attend.. We have booked through On The Beach as we have another person able to go in her place but they are saying to us that the hotel policy is that they don't do name changes. Could you confirm BC Music Resort if this is correct or not as we are have a whole person paid up, there is no difference in changing rooms etc as we have availability in all our rooms, we can change the flight no problem it is literally just changing the name of a person in a room. Please please please could you get back to me as I have tried calling and emailing you also to obtain an answer but to no avail.. we are so looking forward to coming along and experiencing this wonderful hotel but this is giving us a bit of a bad taste in our mouths.
