Don Gregorio-Fincas Benidorm

A little out dated but overall brilliant. Clean friendly nice pool. Very central for beach shops and nightlife would definitely stay there again.

Absolute joke. Got to the apartments couldn’t check in till half 4. Had to pay a £200 deposit but wouldn’t accept cash only card. Checked out after completely gutting the room and took videos to show reception as we left. Went back 4 times during the day as he promised it was in our accounts and wasn’t. Was promised we would get the money back and yet still no payment. They use the deposit to make profit absolute scammers.

Myself and my pal returned home last Saturday. We had been in the Don gregorio apartments for a week. I must admit we really had no issues with the apartments, cheap and cheerful was what we would have spoke about when talking to friends and future holiday makers. However this is the big issue, as like other holiday makers in the past, we gave 200 euros for a safety deposit which initially we were told we would get returned when checking out. I Myself approached the reception worker when returning our keys. I even got the employee to iicome up to our room to clarify all was well,which he agreed. Yet when we asked for the money return,he said it would be returned to my pals debit card the following day. This still hasn't happened, I have tried ringing the phone of the reception but number seems to be invalid. This is daylight robbery, and advise people to be careful going forward if staying here. I am returning to Benidorm in the near future so I will be making a visit to get this situation rectified or I will take this further. I am not to happy with love holidays help either, they have said they will look into it and we should have a decision in 28 days,not good enough. We are very angry with the situation and advise to stay away from both hotel and tour operator.

Good apartments staff were very friendly the appartment is clean rooms had everything we needed kettle.toaster.fridge freezer cooker.kettle pots & pans nice & quiet area we were happy to stay there for 1 week and will be back next year pool area nice and clean 5 minute walk to beach loads of shops nearby so see you next April

Where to start Couldn't check in till half 4 wasn't to bad as they allowed us to store bags, Unannounced €200 deposit when arrived (still hasn't gone back in yet left on 29th*) Hot water lasted enough for 1 persons shower when there was 3 people booked In room. Rooms aren't cleaned during week and also no toilet paper given. You have to empty all your own rubbish or they will keep your €200 deposit. No pool as work being done wasn't told about this before arrival WiFi isn't included it's €15 for a week or €5 a day you even have to pay for the tv remote!! Why even include a tv. Bathroom smelt of sewage and was awful. Isnt a place we would stay ever again. Noone ever present on reception desk. It's cheap but it's rules were ridiculous. All needs renovating with the money they are stealing from deposits!

Where do I begin If you would like to have accommodation with everything broken and getting half of what you paid for that's fine 1, booked for 6 guests and when will arrived there was availability for only 4 so had to pay and extra 450 euros for an extra apartment Why did they accept the booking if it wasn't OK 2, pool broken and was told it would be fixed Monday, Guests that was leaving when we were checking it said they told us the same 3, most doors had holes in it and plugging my phone in for charge the plug socket had a massive spark and almost killed me 4, 6 people and gave us 1 toilet roll and when we asked for more they told us to go to the shop and get out own 5, went to open the balcony door and the handle came off in my hand 6, rented a moped and they wanted me to pay to put in the customer car park , hang on I'm a guest and staying in the hotel how is the right. 7 kitchen had rust on the fridge door and mould in side of it Microwave had lots of sauce inside and not cleaned before we arrived Went to open the balcony door and the handle feel off 8, clear your rubbish before you leave No bin or bin bags 9, between 6 people 3 plates 3 sets of cutlery and all dirty I can go on and on but I can't stress enough DO NOT STAY HERE WORST HOTEL IN THE WORLD AND THATS AN UNDERSTATMENT
