The location is quite remote compared to the main Hotel Zone, and upon arrival, there were no staff members present at the check-in area, causing a wait of over 30 minutes. At that time, the color of the ocean water was brown. Water from the air conditioning units on the ceilings was dripping and posed a risk of falling onto food or even onto guests. The food quality was far from what one would expect from a 5-star resort, and the front desk staff, especially the female employees, were extremely unfriendly. Although it is marketed as all-inclusive, the hotel created separate premium menus, which left many guests feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied. Additionally, there was no airport shuttle service provided.
