I recently stayed at Awana Resort World Hotel and overall, it was a good experience. However, I wanted to provide some feedback regarding our stay. During check-in, one of the reception staff seemed distracted, chatting with colleagues while attending to guests. It made it difficult for us to get his attention, and we had to strain to hear him over the loud music from the private event at the swimming pool.
To improve, I would suggest that the staff focus on their tasks during check-in and checkout, ensuring guests receive the attention they deserve. Additionally, perhaps the music levels during pool events could be adjusted to allow staff to better communicate with guests.
Despite these issues, the hotel's facilities and amenities were great. With a bit of attention to these details, Awana Resort World Hotel could provide an even more exceptional experience for its guests.
