部屋の中には最低限のものしかありません。 連泊の場合タオルや部屋のクリーニングは自分で申請をしないとやってもらえません。エレベーターは4階までしかなく、5階に行くには階段を上がるしかありません。 初日から窓の鍵が壊れて閉めれない、排水溝が詰まって水が流れない、空調がエラーが出て使えない、などトラブルがあり部屋の交換をメールでお願いしたところチェックアウトをした今でも返事は来ていません。 外観が可愛く立地もいいので騙されました。 セルフサービスなのであればメールはすぐ返信できるようにはしておいてほしいです。 まだ新しめなので清潔感はあります。ただ一般的なホテルとは何もかも違います。気をつけてください。

A positive start. The room was very clean on entry, and the location is convenient for exploring Bergen. The bed itself was firm and comfortable - it's just unfortunate that the pillow situation and noise levels made it impossible to fully enjoy a good night's rest. It's also worth noting that there was no daily housekeeping service , and no room safe. While the location seemed promising, our stay was marred by several significant problems that made it difficult to relax and get proper rest. The room storage situation was particularly frustrating. There was minimal hanging space for clothes, which is essential when traveling, and surprisingly no drawer storage whatsoever. This made organising belongings nearly impossible and left everything scattered around the room. The lack of air conditioning became a major issue, especially since we had to keep windows open for ventilation from arrival until leaving. Unfortunately, this meant dealing with constant noise from the busy road outside. To make matters worse, there's a street café/bar with a number of outdoor tables, that is part of the hotel and it operates late into the night, with noise continuing well into the early hours. Sleep was constantly interrupted by traffic, conversations, shouting, singing (badly), general street activity, and even a high-speed police car chase (lol) that went right past the hotel. Adding to the sleep difficulties, the bed only had a single pillow each and it was far too soft, providing inadequate head and neck support throughout the night. For a hotel stay, basic comfort and the ability to get a good night's sleep are essential. The combination of inadequate storage, no climate control, and excessive noise made this a disappointing experience overall. The hotel has potential given its location, but these fundamental comfort issues need to be addressed before I could recommend it to other travellers.

There is no reception Nobody working at this property You check in at a computer in the lobby wall People clearly not staying in the hotel loitering in the lobby as you type your details into a computer that anyone can see Nothing to keep anyone from loitering on site Zero security No safe deposit in the room or anywhere on site At least hostels have lockers Called their office they told me only staff has room keys and asked why I didn’t trust their staff Why should I trust people that aren’t here and a room I can’t secure? This when there are zero employees on site There’s no manual hotel lock on the door so no way to secure it from someone opening the door and coming in while you sleep I’ve never seen a hotel that didn’t have a lever lock or a chain lock to secure the room from the inside There is not even a do not disturb sign you can put on the door to let people know not to come in When I was young and stayed in hostels I traveled with a padlock so I could lock my luggage in a locker This ‘hotel’ has none of that I’ve seen nicer rooms and bathrooms in hospitals Stay here if you’re on the lam maybe Stay here if you have nothing of value with you Your passport, camera, laptop, etc are not able to be secured here There is no security Cannot recommend
