We checked in around mid night due to flight delayed from Boston to SFO. The front desk waited and processed our check in shifty. There is no in room amenity which makes late checkin very inconvenient. The front desk did not informed us about daily USD25+tax destination charges. We wasted this daily spend in our stay😨

整體不錯！

入住後發現房間是半地下並且特別小，跟前台溝通無果，後經過攜程電話協商給更換稍大房間，同時發現紙巾是被用過的，總之體驗感很差

房間很舊很乾凈

學術性酒店

適合去伯克利大學出差，探親的遊客，就在主校園裡，設施比較基本但很乾凈. 但附近餐飲店多，可以就在附近覓食.

房間小，衞生間的水龍頭🚰太老舊

去ucb所以定了這個賓館，離學校確實很近，但是太差了，設施陳舊，最可怕是從走廊開始就是一股濃濃的臭味房間裏也一樣，衞生間更加濃，我一開始以為是因為酒店太老了的黴味，後來到了紐約才知道，這是**味。實在是太難聞了。

very convenient for people attending university of California

This place brings back memories of campus life with thoughtful designs at each corner. I was overcome with acute nostalgia for my days in college. The front desk staff were very nice :)))

房間乾淨，服務態度好

If you have something to do at UC Berkeley, this hotel is the best place to stay with following reasons. (1) Best Location - The nearest to the UC Berkeley, (2) Staff there is super nice and friendly. It made my stay so comfortable. In a meanwhile, you need to bear in mind that (1) Facility is old, (2) you need to bear additional cost, such as Overnight Self Parking 37.00, and (2) Property Amenity Fee 25.00, (3) Property Amenity Fee City Occupancy Tax 3.00, that are not cheap. Overall, I'm satisfied with my choice!

百年老店重新裝修過，有一點歲月的痕跡。房間不大好在位置方便。還有自己的停車場屬實不易。衞生間也很小。短時間住住還行。長時間對於國內去的估計不太適應。

很不錯，附近吃飯很方便。👍
