The Country Inn of Berkeley Springs

This place is soooooo cute! My wife and I chose this location for our 14th anniversary and it's lived up to our expectations! The room had the prettiest wallpaper and I liked the ac had a remote. We also had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and Bodie (our waiter) was so professional and sweet! He recommended his favorite coffee place and you could tell he really likes the community.

For me, the perfect Thanksgiving plate has a scoop of perfectly country goodness. I finally found the humble roots of a perfect country-fare dinner worthy of Thanksgiving dinner that I was craving for a long time in all the places at Berkeley Springs, West Virginia. I was thinking about getting a decent turkey or other Thanksgiving fixings, so it's good to see that from eating at this establishment. I finally able to get hold on celebrating an early Givingthanks Thanksgiving Day without a traditional American spread, including roast turkey with all the trimmings without the hassle of making dinner! Kind of. Instead, I went with an Italian smorgasbord fare. One of the unexpected benefits of on the vacationing in November is discovering rural hometown touches in smaller towns the spirit of the season. I’m hoping that this will start a trendsetter non-traditional Thanksgiving dinner that don't break the budget too! Consider venturing out to local establishment and consider eating out on Thanksgiving this year! Make sure that you make an early reservation to eat at this table. Would not like to be left out cold Turkey!

I stayed here last summer and had a lovely visit. The people were authentically kind and helpful. Loved the spacious blue room with double beds. Going back next month to eat at the tavern when I’m in town! 🙌
