The only positive aspects are the location’s distance from the expressway and the staff’s professionalism and responsiveness. The hotel’s conditions are exceptionally poor. Hilton should be ashamed to have a representative of its brand in such a state. The hotel exhibits a state of untidiness, with an unpleasant odor permeating the common areas and the guest rooms. The bed was uncomfortable, characterized by stiff and yellowed bedding. The carpet was stained and the floors were sticky (see the bathroom floor photographs). Upon passing by the pool, I observed that the water was murky. Despite having a two-night reservation, I was compelled to check out after the first night due to the unsatisfactory conditions. My oversight was failing to check recent reviews prior to making the reservation. Not recommended.

I have stayed at this hotel several times while in the area visiting family. It’s a bit dated but it’s always been clean. This trip was different. The star of this hotel is the young woman who works the front desk in the afternoon/evenings. She was clearly the lone staff member on duty and was doing all she could to make us happy. The first room we were given had a used towel hanging on the back of the door, no clean towels to use and the air conditioning didn’t work. The second room had a filthy dirty bathroom and the sofa bed was in very bad shape and needed replacement. It was late at night so we took blankets from the first room to pile on the sofa bed in the second room so our son could sleep. We also asked for cleaner and cleaned the bathroom ourselves . We were told twice that our room would receive a deep cleaning the next day but upon arriving back after a full day away we found no such thing had been done. The housekeeping and management at this hotel are sorely lacking, Do yourself a favor and drive a few extra miles to Polaris where there are a lot more and better choices.
