This unit is a ADA unit. The charming building has a rich history with origins dating back to as early as the mid-1800s. The original structure burnt down and was rebuilt in 1918, but it is believed that parts of the early foundation still remain. It has operated as numerous businesses and has seen a handful of owners throughout its life. The property was quaint and well maintained. The process to book was very easy. Communication were fast and informative. I am semi-handicapped, so the layout and setup was fantastic. It was clean and spacious. Really liked the full size fridge. Have no qualms recommending this establishment. If we get to come back to Berlin, this will be our first choice for lodging.

Very nice
This was a perfect place to stay. Very quaint and especially lovely furnishings. The kitchen had everything that you needed, as well as the bathroom. Easy communication with the property manager and there were also lovely gifts. Situated on the Main Street, with easy access to the shops.
