"The hotel was generally nice, given its price and location, but the stuff on the reception was quite rude at the day of our check-in — it was really uncomfortable to communicate with a person who looked forward to shortchange us, because previously in our communication with the hotel there was one price for early check-in, while at the counter it actually doubled. And, obviously, we got a room with not such a nice view as could be seen in the hotel’s photos — just lots of rooftops. Overall, the stuff was unprofessional, despite a gentleman at the check-out was pretty welcoming. About the other points, the cleaning was great, there was a huge bed and a nice bathtub. However, what was confusing is the fact that AC did not work either at the whole time of our stay, which is a common problem, judging by the reviews. Breakfast was good, a wide variety of options, including vegetarian ones."

"The woman receptionist named was very rude and ******. She would be smiling to a white guy and rolling her eyes to us the next second (we are Asian.) Check-in needs to be done on the self service tablet, she didn’t offered any help other than impatiently telling go to the machine with her eyes rolling. One of the room initially assigned to us was defective: there’s no WiFi signal in the room. We asked if we could switch to another as everything in the room remained intact and there were clearly other rooms (you can even book a new one right away online!!) She just refused us saying all rooms are full, and saying that she doesn’t care if we would like to leave a negative review online. We had in total three rooms but we found surprisingly no room in a perfect state: one doesn’t have WiFi, one’s sink drainage is clogged, one’s coffee machine didn’t work….. Anyway, none of us had an experience that you would expect from a 4-star hotel."

"I had a generally positive stay at the hotel, with a few notable highlights and some areas for improvement. One of the standout aspects was the exceptional service provided by the housekeeping manager. He was incredibly attentive, consistently checking in to ensure everything was in order, offering help whenever needed, and genuinely caring about the guest experience. His warm and proactive approach made a significant difference during my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was phenomenal. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and the high standard of hygiene was clearly maintained throughout. The restaurant, however, was more average. While the food was decent, the variety was somewhat limited and did not fully meet expectations. Regarding the facilities, I was quite disappointed. The gym itself is very impressive and well-equipped, but access to it is not included within the standard hotel area, which made it inconvenient to use. This was particularly frustrating, as I specifically chose this hotel because it advertised having a gym. Unfortunately, this limitation negatively impacted my overall experience. Despite these drawbacks, I would consider returning in the future—hopefully with a better deal that reflects the overall value more accurately."

"Good hotel, great location, but disappointed with the service… either you stay for one night or 4 nights they will only put once water in your room when you first arrive. Which is not fair for people who pays for several nights. I asked the front desk and they simple said no. Same about the Sauna… there is a sauna in the hôtel but it’s only open from 6pm!! Til 11pm. That means we cannot go at all in the morning which is silly. So i went there at 6 pm but i had to ask the front desk to turn it on but they forgot about me and at 7pm it was still not on. Very bad."
