"A good hotel local to the city and accessible by tram, in a quiet location. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable with a view of the city. The room contains a fridge stocked with refreshments that you have to pay for with tea and coffee provided. The bathroom contained little touches with sealed packets of ear buds, nail file and tooth picks which is nice touch. Buffet breakfast was good with a nice variety of food catering for all tastes however the plates are quite small so be prepared for a few trips back and forth to the buffet. The pool was good but cold when first entering so be prepared ro swim a few laps ro warm up."

"One of the best 4 star hotels I have stayed at! No regrets choosing Hotel Savoy at all. Located very near the main station and surroundings are filled with plenty of shops and food. Service from the staff is excellent as well. I rarely say this but I have no complaints."

"This hotel location is very close to the train station that is just 1 stop next to the Bern main train station. So, it’s very convenient to go to Bern for a visit. There is a COOP supermarket that’s a few steps from the hotel. Thus, it’s very fast to buy something nearby."

"In the case of high prices in Switzerland, this hotel is very cost-effective. It is only 5 minutes walk from the station and 6-7 minutes from the old town. The hotel breakfast is delicious! There are quite a lot of types, as well as freshly squeezed juices"

"Stunning innovative hotel concept. I’m simply blown away, never seen something like this! Everything is done through your phone and it works amazing. (Booking, checkin, reception services, music etc. Interior design with much love and cool details, we could even play Mario Cart on NES in the backyard. Studio is as well amazing flexible, main block is moveable so you have either enough space for you bed or minimize it to use kitchen etc. Host Macha and Thalia are locals and know their stuff. Outstanding experience. Visit rooftop terrace for stunning views over the skyline of Bern. And if it’s rainy you can play around with the complimentary crossbow in your room. Another cute detail (you find lots of them) will come again."

"It was a pity that there was no air conditioning and only a long fan, but
the Swiss weather was cool, so it was nice to be able to sleep comfortably with the window slightly open!
I asked them to clean the room every time I left, and they did so nicely!
The front desk staff were friendly and the room was clean and cozy, so I would stay there again!
The tram from Bern Station is a bit far, but there is a coop right next door, and I bought food from the coop every evening. ㅎㅎ"

The location is still okie, take 5 stops to Bern train station.
Just need to be notify, hotel prefer self-check in system, so it’s better to fill up the check-in form online via email before arrived, otherwise will drag long time to do it. ( I saw many people stuck with the check-in machine)"

"It'd the right standard and price for this type of lodging. It's a little away from the Old Town but then again, Bern is small enough that this doesn't really mean much - just a short walk. It's clean and quiet at night which is all I wanted.
The staff were friendly and helpful, they even brought me an electric kettle I asked for - though I believe there were also some communal ones in the small kitchenette on the floor. Overall, I'd stay there again."

CclaborateThe hotel is very conveniently located, and most of Bern's famous attractions can be reached on foot. The hotel also thoughtfully prepared a day ticket for Bern's public transportation, which can be used unlimited times. The room was spacious and the scenery outside the window was beautiful. The reception was polite and enthusiastic. The guy who helped drive the car out also put two bottles of drinking water in the car. It was thoughtful.

NNanc3The location was lovely and the reception staff were incredibly helpful and gave us some great suggestions for places to visit.
The only issues for me were that room was very very small for two of us with large suitcases and the shower was a bit too intense with the pressure.
Besides that the aircon was wonderful, beds were relatively comfy and the breakfast was lovely and delicious!!!!

But you should know that if you take a shower or use the toilet, everything will be heard in the room and you will wake up your partner, since the stall doors do not protect against noise.

SSSTTThe location of the hotel is very good, next to Bern station, you can buy the necessities in walking distance. The room is comfortable and spacious. The service is professional. I order room service for breakfast, highly recommend the waffles! I would also recommend the restaurant “Nooch”, fried noodles are delicious, you can reach there on foot in 5 minutes from hotel

WWahyu Hwangroom size is nice, location is great, just a near walk to old town or you can use tram as the station is just in front of hotel. the room is clean and comfortable
mini bar is free, though it only has 2 water and 2 sparkling apple juice
bed is nice
toilet is clean, no bidet as european standard, shower has big water flow, has both rain shower and handheld shower
will choose this hotel again if i go to bern

GGreen_1991Excellent location just hop on a tram from Bern central station. Professional staff. Check-in was quick. Always here at the reception to assist guests. Common space at the first floor has everything you need. Microwave, paper cup, and utensils.

AAnonymous UserIf you are carrying large luggage the location might not be that great for u as it is located downhill where u need to do down a long slope to get to the hostel.
Also the whole floor share three bathrooms and three shower rooms.
But the breakfast is perfect. Staff super helpful. Very clean room.
It is very close to the public pool and the venues of many outdoor events.
I enjoy my stay here in bern.

AAmyra DyanThis hotel is super convenient to go anywhere. Tramp/busses are nearby the hotel. One thing is that the room is quite small but the bathroom is big. Not enough space to put my luggage and i had to put them in the bathroom instead. They have vintage elevator too!
