"Just one reminder for those who want to book this room as stated that they will provide "2 king beds" in the room, that's totally not true, only 1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed only and the front office told us that this hotel did not have any rooms with 2 beds actually, so just be careful and unfortunately, the room provides a open kitchen, yet the cooker is not working for tourists staying in the hotel, you will have a free ticket for the local bus, but please do ask the front office unless you may not get it (luckily we search online and find out this, so we go back to the front office and ask for it) Other than that, the location of this hotel is very convenient, just few mins from the station."

"The hotel is very conveniently located, and most of Bern's famous attractions can be reached on foot. The hotel also thoughtfully prepared a day ticket for Bern's public transportation, which can be used unlimited times. The room was spacious and the scenery outside the window was beautiful. The reception was polite and enthusiastic. The guy who helped drive the car out also put two bottles of drinking water in the car. It was thoughtful."

"Please be noted that you should knock on the door before entering the room for cleaning. We feel terribly offended and weird when staff use a room key to open the door at 10 a.m. without any inquiries. 😨😨 Additionally, I don’t understand why we need to provide a credit card as a guarantee, cuz no European hotel has ever asked me to do so, not even any other hotels in Switzerland 😊😊 Poor service and never choose it again!"
